+ -1 moreI was very happy with the service call. This repair company was recommended by one I had found on Angie's List.
Description of Work: Replaced motor coupler in a KitchenAid washing machine. In addition to fixing the problem, the service representative lubricated the tub brake which was stopping too fast, releveled the machine and locked the leveling legs. The Service rep's name was Larry Underwood. The date of service was Feb. 15, 2007, Invoice #6373.
