Description of Work: I own/manage a rental house in Ypsi remotely. I was able to orchestrate a lawn mower repair with them all over the phone. They picked up the mower, fixed it and dropped it back off. pick up and drop off were $65 extra. Price was fair for the fix, they called me with options of what to fix and how much it would be. Only complaint (and i realize it isn't much of one!) was that the repair took longer than I had anticipated (3 weeks). Overall good experience and I'll use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I have Willis for snow removal. I have a difficult driveway to plow. Other snow removal place would not even do it. Willis does a good job.
