Contacted them based upon the Angies list ratings. It took a couple of days before I heard back but I figured that was ok and when I spoke with them they seemed knowledgeable. We were going to setup a day to have them look at the area that needed work and it took several more days before he called to ask if he could come out. The problem was he wanted to be out the same day he called (Monday) and that was unworkable for us. When we spoke on Monday he said he would come out Friday so I made sure someone was home but we did not receive any phone call that day or since and it has been almost a week. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was nice enough and knowledgeable but it really does not matter if they do not follow up on something. This was going to be a small project but we had a larger one planned but I need someone I can rely upon and I hate to say it but they do not seem to be the ones. Even if they called to say that they were really busy and could they have a couple more days then great I would have been fine with that! Oh well.

Greg understand that my home contained only one full bath room. He quoted me 5 days and he was done in five days. I felt comfortable enough with him in my home that after the second day I gave him a key and he was able to come and go when I could not be home. The work he did in my bathroom is beautiful and I would advise anyone who needs tile work done to talk to him first.

The tiling was done in conjunction with installing new toilet and sink. He can do full bathroom remodels, but in this case worked with a plumber that already had started the job, and coordinated well with him. it is an old house with plaster walls that are not always true. He matched some tiling that had been done previously, final outcome was good.
