It went great. Rob was very communicative and even went above and beyond by looking at a switch that wasn't working on one of my garage doors. I was very impressed with him and his service!

Prompt, actually early, for second appointment. Replaced old opener, explained features of new one, tested all remotes, etc. Cleaned up. Great job - I recommend Rob.

Rob called and left me VM of approx time of arrival, showed up on time, corrected the problem, and made a recommendation for an additional fix ( replace rollers ) for a fair price. He also oiled all the joints and springs, explained when and how to maintain them, and made sure the door functioned properly from the wall keypad, outdoor keypad, and handheld openers before he left. Quick and pleasant, plus did it all w/o waking the baby from their nap!

Rob did an excellent job. He arrived right on time and proceeded to fix the problem. He knew immediately what was wrong with the garage door opener and fixed it. It now goes down very smoothly and is extremely quiet. It was very loud when going up or down. Now it runs very smoothly. Very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

It went very well. Rob was on time. Rob worked on the door to eliminate the squeaks and squeals and spent extra time doing it. He made sure we were happy when the job was done.

I purchased one of the Big Deals on Angie's List for a garage door tune up on a Saturday night. One Sunday, I received an email to call Rob's phone number to set up an appointment. I called and he was able to come out the following day (Monday)/ He got here when he said he would. He did what he said he would. He was neat and clean and was very professional. We discussed some issues that I previously was aware of regarding the door. I liked everything about Rob's service and decided to follow up with a later door repair. So, all in all it was a very good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Rob's service to anyone who needed any garage door maintenance. Rob is very easy to talk with and seems to know his profession quite well.

Rob was fantastic! We have an old, heavy wooden garage door that is original to our 1950's house. We've always had to manually open and shut it and, a few days ago, it got stuck in the open position (at night, when it was approaching sub-zero temps, of course). We had to leave it open all night, so after looking on Angie's list and seeing Rob had great reviews I called him. He answered right away and came out within 4 hours on the same day. He was kind enough to call me when he arrived instead of knocking on the door (since I had mentioned my son was napping--a very considerate touch) and he got to work right away. He happened to have all the parts we needed on his truck and repaired the damaged pull cable. He also hooked our garage door and programmed the entry key pad so that we can now use a garage door opener! (We are SO happy about this!) In addition, he also installed another keyed pull cord in case our door gets stuck in the closed position (so we won't be locked out). He also took the initiative to staple some of our damaged weatherstripping to the bottom of the door, oiled the wheels so it rolls nicely, and even broke up some thick ice that was under the door. Plus, he was very reasonable priced and his work was outstanding. I would highly recommend him and am so glad I found him!

When our garage door opener broke, Rob responded immediately to my call and was able to come fix the opener the next day. He was extremely punctual, and walked me through all the steps that needed to be performed to get the opener in working condition. The work took less than an hour and was definitely fixed to my satisfaction. I would use Rob in the future if I have trouble again.

My garage door springs broke. Called Rob on Friday and he came out the next day and did a great job. He not only replaced my springs but oiled all areas of the door as needed plus adjusted my garage door opener. I would highly recommend him.

Called Rob on Wednesday and he was out the next afternoon to replace my garage door seal and rollers. I appreciate the quick turn around time!

Needed my garage door repaired. Found Robs on angies list. He came out the next day to give an estimate. The following day he came out to fix it. Did good work. Fixed it quick and right. Price was fair. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family.

They were good. They put a new door in when I wasn't even home. He was trust worthy and I wasn't here when he did the job. I thought that was wonderful. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He didn't try to sell me the motor; he said I didn't need that.
