Description of Work: The representative came on time and was very professional. He checked the furnace and our air filters. He looked at our temp control unit. We will have them out soon to check the air-conditioning. They were highly recommended by neighbors and friends who have had them for years.

Description of Work: I had them come out to check both the Central AC and our furnace at an agreed $120. there was a charge for a freon charge to the system too. Service was great and technician gave us some hints for additional savings etc. There was no coupon involved.

Description of Work: I called Walters and Sons around 8am to come out and look at our Air Conditioner, which was not working properly. They told me over the phone they could be there between 9 and 11 and actually arrive just before 9. The technician went right to work, diagnosed a bad capacitor, replaced it, and had the system back up and running in only about 30 minutes. I was very pleased with every aspect of this service and will definitely use Walters and Sons again in the future.
