Description of Work: Treated full multi-layered deck. Cleared (and restored) planter boxes and chairs, power washed thoroughly, stained carefully and well. Sprayed stain onto wood, but also onto some garden herbs, but we noticed and are abstaining from eating them this year. We are pleased and grateful to McMillan.

Description of Work: I had a very small job that needed to be done (repair of some door trim). I think that it was a little bit of a too small job to be worthwhile to them but they worked me in in a relatively prompt fashion and did good work at a reasonable price- I would definitely use them again

Description of Work: He removed existing doors in the bathrooms and dining room and built to size replacement doors. Each doorway was a different size and height as the house is old. He worked consistently, accurately, was extremely polite. The work took much longer than he anticipated and he stuck with the quoted price. I would recommend him to anyone!

He gave me a conservative and reasonable estimate for the work and he then delivered the job in less than the estimated time and cost. I have been coordinating further work with Alan around drywall, flooring, electrical, exterior trim, and a variety of handy man services. He is a joy to work with - very prompt and responsive - and very helpful and cost conscientious. He made several recommendations to me that will likely save me considerable money in getting the job completed. I would highly recommend his services.
