I went to the store to give them my information, which took a half an hour. The employee taking my information then was unable to get a response from any of the plumbing services Lowe's uses. It is now four hours later, and still I haven't heard from them.

The store had the best selection and pricing of the ceiling products I was interested in purchasing. I needed more ceiling planks than they had in stock and also needed to special order the trim needed for the job. I was told I would be called when the specially ordered products arrived. Unfortunately, I was not called within the time they indicated and when I called, was first told that the ceiling tile product had not arrived. I was called a day or so later and told that they had found it. It had mistakenly been placed in an upper storage area above the display. The same problem occurred with the trim that I ordered. Fortunately, all products were eventually located in time for installation. The orders were accurately filled and if they had been more organized at the store, would have been in my hands on a very timely basis. I did receive a call from Lowe's, several days after the completion of my project, to come and pick up the products I had already received. All employees treated me courteously and professionally throughout the experience. That and their pricing, keeps me coming back to the store despite their mistakes.

I THINK THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE OF THE DOORS AND THE INSTALLATION FEE WERE VERY REASONABLE. I AM A TOTALLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
