Description of Work: Helped eliminate a yellow jacket infestation in the wall of my house. Took a couple of treatments, but no more problems with the wasps. They are very busy, so getting them to come back out for the second application took longer than we were hoping, but it all worked out fine in the end. Nice guys!

Description of Work: We called to see about getting two yellow jacket nests removed, some of which were getting in the house. The man who came out, Tony, was not only on time but showed up a bit early. I showed him where the bees were coming in, and he got right to work. Once the job was done he explained what he had found, and what he had done about eliminating the bees. He also said that if the bees kept showing up, to call them again and they'd come back out at no charge. One nest was completely eliminated and we saw no further bees, but we kept getting a bee or two a day in the house from the bigger nest. This kept happening for over a week, so I called them again. They came back out, THAT day. This time they sent their "bee guy" Jake. He also showed up promptly and got right to work. He located the nest and found that the nest and the drones had all been killed, but the reproductive females who probably weren't home during the dusting were clustered around the nest. Jake eliminated these bees and as promised, there was no charge. Both Tony and Jake were prompt, friendly, and professional. InsecTech would be our first choice if we have any future need for their services.

 + -1 moreOverall, it went very well. Ants are difficult to eradicate until you get the Queen, and Insectech got the job done. We have a dog and there were no complications with powders or sprays affecting anyone in our family. I would definitely use the company again. The owner handled the job and was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: We had an infestation of ants and Insectech assessed the issues and applied some powders to eliminate the Queen and colony.

 + -1 moreTechnician showed up on time, spent an hour and a half inside and outside the house analyzing the problem and then spent approximately forty-five minutes spraying. The problem was completely eliminated within a week. The technician was very professional and interacted well with my two very curious kids who were home with me at the time.
