+ 0 moreCalled in August for quote. Came out within the week. The following week the called with the price. I 1/2 within a week for them to order glass and waited for a call for a time for them to install. Tired of waiting on a call for installation and called them October 12 for status. Was informed from the customer service person that he left message on my voice mail on September 22nd. I verified the number he used was correct. I NEVER RECEIVED THE MESSAGE nor did he call again. He told me that he would see what he could do to get the installation scheduled and would call me back. When he did call me back he did NOT give me his name nor his companies name, I asked him if it was Henderson Glass. He did fit me in two days later (sounds to me like he knew he didn't leave a message or follow-up call). The installation happened without a problem.

I looked up at other companies but Henderson had the product that I wanted that's why I decided to use their service. They really do a good job. They are professional and showed up on time. The workmanship was very good.
