Attention to detail very thorough not in. A rush

John is a very efficient, knowledgeable and skillful for home repair.

When I first contacted John, he seemed friendly and intelligent. So I scheduled an on-site estimate. He arrived on-time. During his visit, I became more convinced that he had experience as a qualified builder. He also gave a tip to make the project better (which I did). Then I scheduled him for the job. He said the job would take 1-2 days. On day 1 he arrived on-time. He brought a helper (Dale) who was also friendly and capable. After the 2-man work was done, they cleaned up for the day. John did not request partial payment, which reassured me that he would finish the job in a timely manner. Day 2 he arrived with materials and equipment that were not expected to be needed on day 1. He showed patience and flexibility in working with me to get my preference for trim. He demonstrated precise attention to detail as he measured and installed the trim and storm door. I had never seen a door replacement so I was curious to observe a lot of the work. John didn���t seem to mind. He seemed like a social person and I think we both enjoyed conversation on both days. The installation and door operation is top notch. His cost estimate was in line with other estimates I received, but because the quality is so high, I suspect his value is among the highest. I will definitely contact him for future work.

This wasn't a drywall repair job. This was a big job. John initially was good to work with, but didn't follow through to the end of the job. I think John had the skills, but for whatever reason fell short to finish the job in a quality manner. I only can guess that maybe it was to big and challenging of a job for one person and it got a little overwhelming. I liked John and he has a lot of good qualities, but not working with me to the end was just not acceptable. Would recommend for smaller jobs.

John DeMarco is the consummate professional. John does quality work at a reasonable price. He is very personable, courteous, and reliable. He will do what he says. John also discusses the work to be done, then provides a written contract for the customer to sign so both he and the customer are "on the same page" when it comes to knowing exactly what type of work is to be done. I would highly recommend John DeMarco of DeMarco Home Improvement to anyone in the area who needs work done on their home.

John DeMarco was great to work with, he was extremely responsive, showed up when he said he would, and went above and beyond the scope of service that we initially discussed. When something didn't turn out like he and I thought it would, he went out of his way to come back right away and even offered to help with other jobs. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call on him for things in the future!

John did such a great job on our drywall repair that we had him come back again and remodel our laundry room. He was great to work with, courteous, reliable, and did a wonderful job at a fair price. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

John was very nice. He did a great job on the actual "project" but he also went above and beyond and helped us with other projects around the house.

He stopped by our house to ensure that he could do the job and he fit us into his schedule the next day, before he left on his vacatrion. He is professional, reasonably priced and he does great work!
