+ -1 moreAlex hooked my home up with high quality, evenly distributed wifi. With his knowledge and skillset, he devised a plan to get me evenly distributed wifi by running cat6 cable efficiently throughout my house to key locations for the UniFi access points. I currently get ~250 mbps download speed on the wifi in every room, before the install I would get ~60 mbps download speed in some rooms in my house. He also ran cat6 to key locations for my home security cameras. I admit, I know absolutely nothing about home wifi/security camera hook up, but Alex guided and advised me through the whole process: from the initial walk through of what I wanted my home wifi/security to be like, to pointing me in the direction of good deals on wifi equipment/modem/back up battery/etc. and to all of the cat6 cable runs. Lastly, everything I was promised, Alex delivered on. Not only was the install timely and fast, but his attention to detail never lacked. I would highly recommend Alex if you are looking for either great evenly distributed wifi and/or full home security cameras installed by someone who knows what they are doing.
Description of Work: Country house low voltage retrofitting. Home has multipoint WiFi and smart security cameras paired with floodlights.

+ 2 moreAlex comes as a highly recommended and capable individual, who did our network and security infrastructure and was a pleasure to work with and collaborate. Was on time at every appointment, did nice clean work and offered his recommendations where to place APs, cameras, and other server rack and system components, and what hardware to complement our gateways for optimal performance, also configured and secured our system for security and layer separation from IoT and non critical network components, and set it all up for ultra low latency internet. The hardware he uses is top quality, not the typical amazon cheap chinese or cloud based infrastructure you get from other networking contractors. Considering all this, I find his prices are very reasonable for the value you get. He ran the cable pulls with double CAT6 for redundancy and was extra careful to consider future expansion options for the system by provisioning chases to pull future wiring and infrastructure (intercom, audio etc). A high quality top notch install and a beautiful server rack install with lots of options and room to grow the system when need be.

The installation was excellent every step of the way even including some of the changes I made along the way.made a big difference in our internet/ wifi speed and security. The home security cameras are excellent and the whole system can be controlled and monitored from anywhere. Very easy to work with and professional from start to finish.

Cyber EMC offers the following services: Attention to detail and aesthetics is a quintessential part of our hardware installs. If your home is upper scale and has degrees of aesthetic sophistication, you're in the right place.
ALL of our hardware installs are hard wired.
Advantaged of hard-wired: no need to change batteries anymore (wire carries current and data to device), steady, solid data signal that doesn't degrade the WiFi performance nor itself gets degraded by poor WiFi connectivity, hacking proof (no open wireless protocols). Some cases require shielded / outdoor rated cabling that will eliminate electric interference issues.
If you're building a new home or remodeling, the time to run the Ethernet cabling backbone is after the electrical and HVAC systems are in place and BEFORE the drywall install. Low voltage wiring work usually requires an inspection from your urban construction authority and has to meet certain construction codes.
All of the deployments we do require hard-wiring.
We are budget friendly, but have set technological boundaries and product choices as part of our technological experience and understanding of the broader market of what's out there.
No service or installs of any security camera brands other than Ubiquiti/UniFi (mid / mid-upper scale product price range) or Verkada (upper scale product price range).
No service or installs of any networking products (switches, routers, firewalls, Wireless Access Points) other than Ubiquiti, CISCO or HP/Aruba except for IoT devices you may already possess (Thermostats, garage door hubs, electric generator interfaces, etc).
If you're looking to having installed a system you bought from a regular store (except MicroCenter - they sell the UniFi and some CISCO), this service is not for you. We do exquisite last generation, highly secure technology new installs and only maintain our own installs. We replace old, obsolete systems with the ones we recommend and typically do not with mix different networking technologies: this is based on our vast network engineering expertise.
We do however help you connect your existing smart-home IoT clients to the network we deploy on proper frequency / split WiFi. That's the whole point of what we do after all.
