Very slow to respond once given the job. I had to call them each step of the way. Once the Leveling work was completed I waited two weeks and then I had to call to see when they would return to finish the job. They then scheduled the sealing for the next week but couldn't do the work because the ground was wet. I then had to call to see when they would return. Only time they called me was to ask for money. Pretty proposal but very poor customer service.

They were very professional and efficient. The sales person (Brandon) for CLI-Concrete explained the work that was going to be performed and gave me a realistic expectation on what my driveway was going look like after the process (mudjacking underneath the slabs of concrete to level out and bring back together to be strong and safe again). Also big savings vs replacement of slabs! Thanks again to everyone!

Professional, on time, great work and clean up.

I hired CLI to fill a void underneath my garage that a plumber told me was there from a broken water main. They came out twice and drilled and didn't reach it, so they special ordered a pipe that would allow to get deeper. Came out a 3rd time, drilled way down and pounded the heck out of it and everything was solid/no void, so that plumber was full of it. 3 trips out (45 mins each way), labor and cleanup (refilled all drilling holes), specialty tools, and they didn't charge me a dime. Also I must've talked to 5 or 6 different guys throughout this whole process and every single one was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

From estimate to finished work, the employees were very courteous and professional. The screened-in porch was a bit of a mess afterward, but I am sure this is to be expected with all of the back up of the injected material. The leveling results were excellent!

CLI did a great job leveling our entry sidewalk. They were professional, courteous and did the job in only 90 minutes! I recommend them to anyone.

Guys did an amazing job on my concrete. The only thing is I had to call a few times to get the times they were coming out, because of the rain when it was done they couldn't do the sealant and didn't give me a call to tell me when they'd be back out, but that's not a huge deal because their work was great. So you overlook that kind of thing. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Accurate estimate, answered all of our questions, project was started and completed on time, crew worked very hard, took care of our basement as if it were their own, Our basement is now dry, waterproofed, structurally sound and looks amazing , CLI was an excellent partner- would highly recommend A +++

The only issue we had with this company was scheduling. They didn't show up the first time. Then we had to wait 2weeks to get it done. The salesman and the workers were very efficient. There was no hard sell either. I appreciate that.

They actually came earlier than expected and moved items off the work area. Did a good job of getting things level within the constraints of a pre-existing crack. Left the site clean and neat.

Zac leveled our porch and checked the basement to make sure nothing he poured in went into the basement after I mentioned we'd had leaks during rain storms . He was knowledgeable, talked professionally and cared about the job he performed!

We didn't like the idea of the salesman showing up at our door unannounced. They should have made an appointment to look at the job. They also didn't tell us they would be showing up late to do the work. We had to call them to see if they were going to show. The process itself went well and we were pleased with the lifting of four sections of side walk. If it wasn't for the communication problems we would have given them a ten out of ten. PS We found a pair of sunglasses after they left.
