Job was done as scheduled. But I was not satisfied with the work done in some areas. They came back after calling a couple of times and fixed the areas that were of concern to me. I appreciated that.

He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We did not use his service because we thought it would be better to replace that particular slab. However, because of his professionalism, I would not hesitate to call him for future projects.

Our slab concrete driveway was splitting and raising up, causing a significant trip hazard. We were very happy with the results of the concrete injections and feel much safer walking along our driveway. We had three quotes and they had the best price.

The driveway had several pieces of concrete crack. Which is the nature of the process and this is not the fault of the contractor. The garage was leveled, but continues to settle a year later (out of warranty). As for the kitchen? CLI destroyed my heating and cooling ductwork under the kitchen slab. The crew were very young (<21?) and did not take any steps to identify the location of gas lines. They checked to see where the gas line left the basement (kitchen is on a slab) but did not trace the gas line using any detection equipment. One of the holes drilled into the concrete was drilled directly into a 10" HVAC supply duct. It was filled with the portland cement mixture that lifted the slab. This occluded heat and cooling to my 1/2 bath, kitchen and dining room, all of which sit on a slab. I noticed the problem in September of 2013 when I tried to use my heat and noticed that side of the house was much colder. I notified CLI of the issue. They informed me they are not qualified to do that type of work (cleaning out the duct work). The sales person indicated they weren't responsible. I informed them that they were in fact responsible in my opinion. I later heard from the sales person he talked to the owner who would pay for 1/2 the cost of the repair. I spent the next year looking for a contractor who would do the job. Nobody would "touch" this job. Finally in April of 2015, another local contractor (FSM) agreed to level my dining room (again) and take on the work of clearing the ductwork. I spent $4700.00 busting open my kitchen floor and all ductwork was replaced with new ductwork. I have multiple photos shows the occluded heating ducts by CLI. I have tried to contact CLI both the sales person and their office, all my phone messages left have been unanswered. I regret hiring CLI for to level my concrete. Trying to avoid the legal route, but ultimately what other choice do I have?

The estimator showed up on time and offered a great price. We had about 20 feet of sidewalk to raise. The crew also showed up on time and were very courteous. They explained the process and went right to work. Once complete, they did a great job of cleaning up. They washed down the sidewalk, porch and any overspray on the railings. This was the second time I have used CLI and I will continue to use them in the future.

The work was done shortly after the estimate, with a day or two and the two person team was so efficient. The job was perfect and the cleanup was outstanding. I would recommend them highly.

They came out and pumped grout under the porch to raise the entire porch to be level. Another crew came out and filled the cracks to make a smooth surface. the porch is no longer a walking hazard. Obviously the porch at some point will most likely need to be replaced, but this was a great band-aid! I would recommend the use of this company for this process.

I looked through Angie's List and got quotes from three different companies which ranged widely. I decided to get another quote from CLI which was more in line with the lower quote. All but one seemed to use the same material and process and CLI was the lowest quote so I decided to go with them. Before scheduling the work, I received a text from CLI with a discount, which further confirmed by decision. The workers showed up on time and answered all of my questions (I tend to ask a lot of questions). They had to drill holes in the corners of several slabs in order to raise the steps and slabs so that the drainage would go away from the house. After raising the slabs, they filled in the holes with cement. The cemented holes do look quite different than the existing cement, but I knew that going into the work and it would have been much more expensive to remove/pour new slabs. Overall, professional and good pricing make for a winning combination.

It was a miracle! Mike and his crew did all the work exactly as he so carefully described to me. The job was pretty big and the results were nothing short of miraculous. The slabs against the house were restored perfectly. The slab directly in front of the entry porch was raised enough that I can walk to the steps of the front door, an act that I was unable to do prior to this repair. The driveway is now smooth and even. The driveway and yard were cleared of any materials after the job was completed. Thank you for improving the safety, appearance and value of this home.

The price estimator was slow and the job was done in two parts. We had prompt service getting leveled and then after a month we called to find out when the 2nd part of the job was (seems it's two different crews that do this work). We had to wait 48 hrs after the seal was applied before we could drive on it. This is the 2nd time we used this company. When other "claim" it can't be fixed and wanted to sell us a $15,000++ replacement these folks fix it and it looks great. They have a great price and when the crew is on site they're efficient. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. We understand the repair will only last 4-5 years (depending on the severity of our winter) and that's OK because it basically has help defer the cost of a new driveway a savings of over $10K when you consider the 2 repairs. And when you don't know how long you'll live in a house, it seemed like the right way to go.

They were the cheapest of 3 quotes. i received the quote last fall. This spring they offered me a spring discount on top of their original low quote. They lifted driveway and sidewalk slabs. The work looks great. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with..Their work is guaranteed for two years.

They were the cheapest of 4 quotes. They installed 4 helical piers. It was a two day process and they gave a lifetime guarantee. They advised me in advance of the entire process and what I should expect. There were no surprises. The salesman, Mike, was very accommodating of all my questions and concerns. The company was a pleasure to work with.

Went great. Came and gave estimate quickly. Scheduled the work, and came, performed the job quickly. Looks great. It's nice to not have a huge drop from the porch to the 1st step -- finally! Thanks!

Nicely Done. Crew showed up early to verify work to be done. Everything was perfectly leveled and they will return to seal project in a few days after everything is dry. The cleaned up nicely before leaving and you'd never know they were here after they left.

They located and leveled areas in our driveway and front porch had sunk, in some areas three inches, and brought them all back to their correct levels.

Showed up on time. Got the work done correctly. Cleaned up after completion. No surprises. Best of all, it worked!! The floor is level and solid. I have other work to do. I'll use these guys for sure.

Mike, sales rep, responded very quickly and came out to inspect within couple of days. Other companies took great deal longer to respond and then lot longer to come and inspect. I found their pricing was competitive and reasonable. Russ and Larry were the workers. They arrived on time, worked constantly while they were here and were very respectful and professional. They cleaned up everything. I was very pleased with the work.

All went perfect and the crew was very professional. The estimator, Brandon, suggested some ideas on how to do the job and recommended two more slabs that were a tripping hazard. He also suggested not to do one part of the patio that I was considering saying that it might actually make the problem worse. The entire process with CLI was first rate. I also contracted them to do some sealing of the joint between the patio and foundation but that had to be postponed because of rain. Will write another review when that is done.

The men were professional, prompt, and cost effective. The quote was the cheapest, and the work was done in a quick and professional manner. They left detail instructions on how to seal it if I wanted to save money and I didn't want them to do it. I will call them again to level my back patio.

June 2013, CLI waterproofed my basement to fix water coming into our basement and for the problems caused by another waterproofing company. It took about 3 weeks to get done. The outside had to be dug up (BEST way to get your basement waterproofed), we had to get a wall repaired and we also decided to put an inside system in with a sump pump as well(our choice). For the price we paid for ALL 3 things done wasn't that bad of a price. The salesman wasn't pushy like other companies that came to give us a price. Larry and his crew worked hard for the 3 weeks. After it was all done they made sure our yard was back to normal. Expect to pay a high price when waterproofing with no matter who you go with. If you want it done right, you better call CLI!!! I know from experience. Look at my before and after pictures. My basement was in bad shape BEFORE i called CLI. I had an issue with the sump pump and they came out and fixed the problem. about a year later my basement did have a small leak. Its tricky whenever you have a leak since you don't know where its coming from. CLI came and found the problem and fixed it. I realized that nothing will always go perfect with contractors. While it takes a little bit for CLI to contact you back, but thats because they are busy. So, that must mean something? Means they do good work. so, be patient for a response back when you call.

Mike was a good guy. I liked him right away and I trusted what he said. I would not hesitate to call him again.

They were punctual, curdious and professional. I will use them in the future for further leveling needed in our driveway. The only way it could have been better was if it was free.
