Description of Work: Replaced furnace and air conditioner. The workers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Alltemp could have been more responsive in getting the failed inspection permit adjusted to passed inspection. There was nothing wrong with the install, the inspector just misjudged the style of chimney that I have. It took over a month however to get the error cleared up. On a positive note Alltemp came and inspected the AC unit at the start of cooling season at no charge. A bonus I wasn't expecting. Overall I had a good experience working with Alltemp.

+ -1 moreAll Temp installed a furnace (2004) and a whole house AC (2011) at our condo. In 2015 we converted the condo to a rental so needed to pull permits. Dan (the owner) came out himself to meet the inspector and coordinate the permit process. I would give full stars except that there was an issue with responsiveness. It took two weeks to receive a call back BUT that was only because I was using an old phone number. (They failed to update their VM during a recent move so my messages were going to a junk mail box.) Otherwise, excellent service. Dan is the kind of guy who will look you straight in the eye and works to maintain his local reputation.
