ACE WINDOW & GUTTER CLEANING

Six days after gutters were cleaned, it was noticed that rain water was gushing over the gutter near a downspout which was not draining. Kevin and his crew arrived less than an hour after I placed the call to check it out. A bunch of helicopters had fallen into the gutters on the garage since the cleaning and blocked the downspout. They flushed that out and checked all the downspouts on the garage and house, recommended the tree be trimmed and suggested gutter guard for that area to prevent problems in the future. I definitely would use them again because of their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The 2-man crew worked with complete professionalism, promptness, and courtesy. This was the second time we have had ACE window cleaning on our property, and I would not hesitate to hire them again. I have no vested interest in Kevin or this company so my opinion is honest and sincere; I wish other service companies had the work ethic of Kevin and his crew. I had a quote for slightly less than the one I received from Ace, but I have no doubt in my mind that Ace's work was second to none. Keep up the great work, ACE!

owner came out and completed estimate day after being called. Work was scheduled at my convenience. Workers arrived on time. Were polite and helpful. Very professional. Cleaned up after work was done and put everything back as it was. Finished on time. Cost was just as estimated.

I called Ace Gutter & Window Cleaning for an estimate to clean my gutters. I received a call immediately back and a written estimate was provided the very next day for the service I requested. The price was right as compared to other estimates we received so I booked them a couple of days thereafter. They are very pleasant to deal with, very courteos, polite, prompt and they did a fantastic job of cleaning our gutters. We have had other companies clean our gutters in the past and Ace surpassed them and at a great price. Highly recommend.

Kevin is excellent in scheduling and informing you of when his crew will come out. The crew asked if there were any specific areas we wanted them to look at before they started. They were done with the job promptly, and they do a good job cleaning because the only thing they left behind was clean gutters. This is the second time this year we used them for gutter cleaning, so they gave us a little discount. We were just as happy with the first cleaning. They were able to provide service so late in the year due to cooperative weather.

This is the second year that I have hired Ace to clean for us. They cleaned the inside and outside of the windows as well as the gutters. They sent 3 guys out this year. They seem a little pricey when you first look at it but when you look at the job it turns out to be worth it. They worked from 8-1 and worked the entire time. I trusted them being throughout the home. They provided some tips on some areas that caused them concern and for me to keep an eye on. They were efficient, did the job well and left my home looking good.

.We arranged to have all our windows and storms washed on both sides. There was a crew of three and they arrived on time and with all their equipment and got right to work. Our house is rather cluttered and we did no preparation other than finding a few storm windows which were not already hung. They worked very fast, moved and replaced all furniture, curtains and knick knacks and our windows have never been so clean. It was a pleasure to have them here. They were friendly, polite and professional.We haven't had our windows done professionally for many years so I do not know if the price was competitive because I have nothing to compare not know if the price was competitive because I have nothing to compare it to. I would pay it again with pleasure to this company..

Washed the windows and cleaned the gutters of our house. Pleasant servicemen who did excellent work, on time, and for exactly the estimated price. We recommend them.

Kevin came out on time and listened to what we were after as far as the job goes. He then presented us with an estimate which we accepted. He checked his work schedule and gave us a date and time when he could do the job. The guys were right on time and they checked to make sure they had the right work list. They started right in and did their work in the correct order, from top to bottom. They were excellent workers and they were polite and courteous.

Very well. This is the second time we have used ACE. Called them back because they did a good job the first time several years ago (that job included cleaning out gutters but we had new gutters just installed- they did a good job cleaning the gutters then). We were working against a deadline to have our house listed for sale and ready to show. Clean windows were a "must". Owner was very conscientious about tracking the weather and took the lead in an effective way in scheduling a time since we needed the temperature to be above 50 degrees if possible. Owner and crew showed up on time. Worked in a focused and careful way over two days. Very careful removing and replacing the older storm windows and avoided breakage. Windows clean and sparkling. Met our expectations.

They went above and beyond my expectations and they were great. The price was reasonable. They were prompt and punctual and I am very happy with the job they did.

From the time I first called for an estimate, to the time the crew drove off, the entire experience was positive. The owner visited quickly after my first call, gave me an estimate while there, and booked the job according to my availability. Everyone arrived on time, and the three-man crew went to work immediately. They spent nearly eight hours, with a brief lunch break, working diligently, often independently of one another. They began by removing and labeling all of our window screens, then moved on to washing the exterior of our home, cleaning the gutters, and cleaning all of our windows (spotless!), and finally, re-installing the screens. The three workers were polite, good with our cats & dogs, and willing to answer all of my questions. VERY professional and non-stop the entire day. I inspected all of their work before they left, inside and out, and could find no problems. Our home's siding was very dirty, especially around the bottoms of the gutters -- and it now looks like new! I highly recommend this company.

I needed gutters cleaned on a property I bought recently. I researched companies in the Washtenaw/Wayne area and came up with Ace. After talking to Kevin on the phone, he swung by for an estimate the next day, and the following day the services were performed. Gutters were cleaned thoroughly by hand and downspouts flushed. All debris was picked up - I could not tell they were even there. Afterwards, I received a followup call telling me that one of my downspouts had a slight leak, which I would never have found. This was a great experience, highly professional owner and employees, and I will be using them again next season.

Kevin and his company cleaned my gutters and flushed downspouts. I was very late in the year in getting this done - Kevin fit me into his schedule with very short notice, and they did an awesome job!!! I will definitely use them again, and add window washing as well, at least a couple of times per year. Very professional on the phone, prompt, completed the job even earlier than expected, and went the extra mile to get the job fit into their busy schedule to ensure we had clean gutters before a big snowstorm!

The two-man crew was efficient and professional. My windows sparkled, inside and out, and the siding gleamed. I also got a great hint to keep the porch ceiling cleaner
