ACE WINDOW & GUTTER CLEANING

Very professional. Responded to emails timely and accommodated my request to have the gutters cleaned on my home that I was selling within a week. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

Kevin's crew came over on a Saturday morning and cleaned the gutters. Great service, picked up all derbies from cleaning. That was only 2 days after I contacted them requesting the service. The second time I use them. I am certainly planing on having them clean the gutters on a regular basis.

Our windows are spotless. The workers arrived on time. They worked hard. They were very polite, friendly, professional, and considerate. They all took their shoes off before they came into my house, and I never asked them to do that. They did everything we asked and when they left at the end of the day, the house was put back together just the way they had found it except that the windows are now spotless! I just keep looking out the windows today because they are all so clean. The most important thing to me, though, was I felt very comfortable about having all of workers in my house. They were all very lovely young men with beautiful manners and they were very considerate. I plan to use ACE from now on every time I need to have our windows cleaned. It was a wonderful experience, they did a fantastic job, and it was worth every penny.

Excellent. Kevin promptly returned my call and provided an estimate for the work and after I accepted scheduled the work within a few days. He arrived early with a crew of six and despite a large home with a walkout basement on one side and difficult terrain to position the ladders he had the job done quickly and efficiently.

After I called him to inquire about his estimate this morning, he returned my call and started arguing with me: I told him I expected him this morning and could not have him arrive this afternoon since I have students coming to my home for music lessons then. He said that I didn't need to even be here for him to give me an estimate. I told him that I do not do business like that and that I could not have him here while my students were here. I could not deal with both he and my students at the same time. He again said that I did not need to even be here for him to walk around and give me an estimate. I again said that I do not do business that way, that I want to meet him when he comes. He argued back and I then saw I wasn't getting anywhere with him, so I cancelled the entire job with him. Very disappointed with Angie's List recommending him so highly.

They come and go and I would recommend them. I thought it was reasonable depending on how many floors or windows. They admitted that they under quoted because they realized that I had some double storm windows but they still removed all of them. I have recommended them to other people.

I had ACE clean my gutters and downspouts a few years ago, and had a great experience with them. I'm happy to say that I had a similarly great experience this time. I used the ?contact this provider? option on Angie?s List, and Kevin called me within two hours. He provided an estimate, which was very reasonable. I was able to get the work done the following day! His crew (two of them) did a complete cleaning on both stories of my house and cleaned up all the crud that they got out of the gutters. There was no mess left behind, and they were fast and efficient. I will be calling ACE in the fall for another cleaning, after all the leaves drop.

After almost a month of trying to find someone from craigslist and the newspaer to come service our gutter, I decided to try Angie's List. I spoke with a sale person that was very helpful and friendly. This person understood my fustration and immediate need to find a resolution to our clogged gutter. I was sent several contacts via e-mail, and the first person I spoke with was Kevin Friday, at Ace Window and Gutter Cleaning. I made him aware of our problem and how long it has taken to find someone to help. Kevin was understanding to our problem and fit us in to complete the job within 4 days. We are very happy with the customer service that was provided, and the response time to complete the job. I would recommend this company to everybody. I would use this service provider again. Anthony and Cory arrived on time and got right to work. They removed their shoes, which I appreciate, and proceeded to remove the window screens. Next they cleaned the chandelier which was not an easy task and even though I said it was fine, Cory and Anthony were not satisfied and continued to clean the glass until it was sparkling. They also changed the light bulbs which I didn't expect. They then proceeded to clean the gutters. Lastly, they cleaned all our windows as well as the window tracks....again, the windows sparkle. Anthony and Cory did a terrific job. I plan to call again Ace next spring. This was money well spent!

Kevin and his crew did a very good job. Scheduling was easy and billing simple. I wasn't even home when they did the job but everything turned out well. I would use the service again in the future.

The gutters were indeed badly clogged and the two workmen spent nearly an hour cleaning them out. When I asked them to wash off the leaves on the roof of the greenhouse so the gutter wouldn't clog again, they complied cheerfully. We had a downpour around four o'clock this afternoon and the gutters functioned perfectly. So we would definitely contact them again.

Kevin was great to work with and the crew was fantastic. I added the skylights at the last minute and was cheerfully accommodated. Kevin went out of his way to give me a quote the same day I called as I working with a deadline. He even held a time slot for me while we reviewed the quote. The crew was very respectful of our property, meticulous, and even cleaned the mirrors in my bathrooms! I would strongly recommend this company and, in fact, I have just called to schedule this year's spring cleaning.

He called me right away, came right away to quote, came and did the work that afternoon. Very pleased.

The guys were able to squeeze me into their schedule despite being fully booked for the season already. They did a great job clearing my gutters, and fully cleaned up after themselves. Wish the price was a little lower, but I have a 2 story house with steep roof grade surrounded by trees so maybe I can't complain too much.

Ace was GREAT! I left a message and got a very quick return call and visit for the estimate the next day. Workers arrived exactly on time, were professional and courteous, and did an amazing job. Sad to say, we live near a gravel pit so our gutters were loaded with sand. The crew loaded it in buckets, carrying them up and down the ladders, dumped into in the wheelbarrow, and pushed to our "Back 40" rather than carry away as is their usual process. I will definitely use Ace again and recommend to all.

Kevin Friday was great to work with and very accommodating. He went well beyond the call of duty in terms of pointing out a damaged downspout and correcting an error in payment. Crew came earlier than expected, but it worked out well. They did superb work. Cost is higher than what I've paid in the past, but well worth the difference in workmanship.

I have a large house with lots of windows and gutters (which havent been cleaned in a very long time). Although this may seem like a big price, I had my windows cleaned in a similar fashion a few years ago and was charged an additional $200 over what ACE charged me. So I believe this to be a reasonable price for the service. The owner, Kevin, was courteous and scheduled the job promptly. The team was professional, hard working and neat. The house looks great! I will hire them again in the spring without hesitation!

We are totally pleased with the prompt and professional service provided by Ace W&G. They responded within 24 hours and quickly gave an estimate of costs. The work was completed within 3-5 days. The final cost was the same as estimated initially. We would highly recommend Ace W&G ... Grade = A+

Kevin was prompt in returning my call and scheduling my request for an estimate. His crew arrived on time. The work was completed to my satisfaction for a fair price. I would not hesitate to have them back or refer them to a friend.

To be completely honest we were put off by the quote. All we needed to have done was to clean the front gutters of the house as we had already cleaned the other gutters. The quote stated that all gutters should be cleaned and a roof sweep was recommended for $150. We decided to go forward with just the front gutters and pay the job minimum of $80 as we were not going to pay for something we didn't need. The men appeared on time, even early, and made quick work of the gutters. These gutters have been neglected for the past 7 years and badly needed attention. They pointed out to us that our downspout was wrecked so we could fix it as well as recommended a product to deal with the algae on our roof. Overall it was a good experience with ACE.

These guys are AMAZING. Absolutely amazing. My BF's windows had not been cleaned at probalby 20 years and they labored (!) over them so that they now sparkle and look like new. It's astonishing what they did--basement windows had glazes of deck stain on them and they got it off, now they are glistening. Owner, Kevin, is wonderful--polite, kind, professional. Workers are professional and polite. Second time I've used them and I wll use them again FOREVER! I can't recommend them enough.

These guys did a fantastic job. They pay attention to detail. Our windows, frankly, have never been this clean. Even the screen cleaning was done very well. I was home when they were here, and got to see them work. They had one guy inside, one outside, checking each other's work as they went, looking for every smear and smudge. My wife was delighted, and she is very opinionated on what constitutes "clean". They even got the skylights on our steeply pitched roof very clean. Gutters were cleaned and flushed with no mess. Don't hesitate to hire these guys. Very professional, and they do really good work. I will hire them next year without hesitation.
