Description of Work: Two men arrived as scheduled and cleaned our gutters and downspouts. They also removed some dead vines from around our chimney. They were prompt, courteous and thorough. They made sure the downspouts were clear. They quickly did their job, cleaned up and left, no standing around. I will likely use them again.

Description of Work: Kevn and his team at Ace were wonderful! I originally contacted Kevin to get an estimate on window cleaning. He responded promptly, visiting my place the next day and leaving me a written estimate in the door. He also listed the price if I chose to include gutters and gave options for only outside windows, only top floor, etc. When I talked with Kevin to arrange the cleaning, I mentioned that I really wanted to get my vinyl siding scrubbed first, as it was very dirty and was starting to grow "green" on the back side of my home where it's not exposed to much sun. Kevin mentioned that they also offer siding scrubbing, and came out the next day to give an estimate. All estimates were reasonable and offered options. I opted to start with siding scrubbing. I have a two story home with a wrap around porch and lots of windows, so it wasn't an easy job. The team took care of it while I was at work, and I couldn't believe how clean and bright it looked when I got home! Although I had asked for gutter cleaning too, Kevin called to report that only a couple of the gutters were dirty, so he lowered the estimate by half and only took care of those that needed it. I scheduled the window cleaning for the next week, but had to reschedule three times due to rain. Kevin remained friendly and flexible and accommodating. When a sunny Saturday finally arrived, the guys arrived early and got right to work. It was a big job and they worked steadily, inside and out. All my screens were removed and scrubbed, along with all the windows. In addition, I asked if they could wash two lights/chandeliers that were too high for me to reach and they took care of both - and changed all the bulbs for me. Lastly, they dusted a shelf that was way beyond my reach. The team did a great job, were wonderful with my dogs and were polite and helpful. I was VERY satisfied with Ace and will not only highly recommend them, but plan to use them again when my windows need cleaning.
