I called Kulek's at around 7:30AM and the owner talked me through a couple simple things to see if I could fix it first (Which I appreciated) . When that didn't resolve the issue he said he would be over around 8:30 AM. He arrived promptly and began to check the furnace which was now functioning again. After checking all the possible problem areas and finding no issues, he then asked where the thermostat was. Upon checking it, he found that the thermostat was having problems and actually causing the issue with the furnace itself. He resolved that and had the furnace working normally in about 20 minutes. He then said he was just charging me for a normal service charge and if there were any problems where he had to come back out he would credit me the service charge towards any repairs. With the call being on Saturday morning, not only was I surprised with the quick response but the cost which I felt was very reasonable. I I will definitely call him again for any furnace issues.
