Description of Work: Everyone that I talked to were very pleasant. The worker who did the work was professional, did a great job and took all of the old windows back with him. The total ended up being less that the amount that I was quoted. We are most pleased.

Description of Work: I had them replace my old metal framed basement window with glass block w/ a vent. They did an outstanding job! From the person who did the bid, the office staff and the field tech who put the window in- they were all super!!! Great job done! If you are looking to do glass block call WMGB!! They also did work years ago at my mothers house and those glass block windows are just like new!!

Description of Work: We had 4 glass block basement windows installed, all vented. The glass block services were great, no complaints. We also had a quote for replacement windows that came in a little high and when we questioned further, there were all sorts of additional charges for sevices other companies included in their original pricing.

They came out in a couple of days and gave me a quote. The installation man came out and told me that the windows he had would not fit, the salesman evidently measured incorrectly. They fixed the problem and in two days had the correct size windows installed. It was an additional $50 from quote for materials and labor to add trim on the inside of the windows which wasn't quoted initially. Overall, they did a nice job and they were very customer in the know.

I called Dan Roodvoets at alternate # and he not only provided a timely estimate, he matched a competitor's written quote and immediately scheduled the work to fit my schedule. The windows were installed during winter, but it was no problem because the temperature was above 15 degrees as the installer explained. Everything went like clockwork.
Description of Work: They delivered five 20 in by 30 in basement glass block windows with vents, removed the old windows and installed the new ones.

The guy showed up on time He started work as soon as I confirmed where the 3 vented windows were to go in the basement, and where the non-vented windows went. He was quick, but careful at taking out the old windows. He was done at the time he told me he would be. He also cleaned up before leaving. My husband was very happy about that.

The glass block windows that West Michigan Glass put in for us are much better than the old windows we had. The workers were very professional and they gave us an estimate and charged what they had estimated.

Call was returned quickly. After describing windows, was given an estimate. Installer was on time and VERY fast and efficient. Beautiful job well worth the money. Indeed, I intend to hire them again for the addition I'm putting on the back of my house.
