Overall, it went great. The installer was professional and really knew what he was doing. He was done with tear out and installation in about an hour. The only hiccup was that the dryer vent on one of the windows was on the far side and not on the same side as the original window. This caused a headache in reattaching the vent as it had to pass over some plumbing. However, this was a sales mistake and not an install issue. All is well that ends well and it has made a huge difference in the humidity and balanced temp in our basement.

Great email communication and fast installation. Looks great! Recommended to my neighbor who is getting them installed by them in the future. Only downside is had to wait 1-2 months from ordering to get available spot to get installed.

GREAT JOB! They came on a Saturday and the installer was very nice. Did a great job and it was done in the expected amount of time.

From the salesman, to the installers a great all around team. Very pleased with the end result, and there is nothing that could have been handled better by WMBG. Punctual, and terrific clean up once completed. Highly recommend.

I had two basement windows that needed to be replaced. For security reasons I decided to replace them with glass block windows. WMGB offered a $65 coupon for $100 credit toward their glass block windows, I bought it, and it was money well spent. The new windows are nice although there was a small hiccup towards the final install. Although the space was measured, one did not fit. However, the installer assured me that the company would make new windows and they would be installed the same week....and they were! The install was great, the price was reasonable, and all of the company's staff was efficient and courteous. (As of this review, however, I am still waiting for the promised free, energy audit. I don't know if they are behind because I have not heard anything from the company!)

Problems right from the start. The company rep that showed up at my house did not have brochures and prices of the doors available. Said he'd e-mail me the estimate. Next e-mail was from a company rep that said that before they could do an estimate, they needed my address and telephone number. But why didn't they just get it from the company rep that had been at my house?? Gave them the information but never heard back. A week later I called asking what the status of my estimate was and a lady there said she would forward my call to another lady who would get in touch with the rep that came to my house. She said she was sure someone would get back with me because she knew that the other office lady had put a reminder note on her desk to get with the company rep first thing in the morning. Five days later and still haven't heard anything. What's wrong? Are they putting me off because my job (2 doors) is too small and will end up being a money loser for the company; especially with me having an Angie's List coupon? Sure, I can call again, but why would anyone want to deal with a company like this? Update: Four weeks after first requesting an estimate for some doors, I get the information I requested - at least partially. The estimates were for 2 entry doors, nothing about storm/screen doors. Also, they had the amount of the Big Deal discount wrong, too. 6-7 days for an estimate took 28 days instead. They explained that the delay was because "when we have a request out of the ordinary (??? my doors are not an unusual size), it takes time to get it through the company". Well, fine. How about telling me that in the first place, either at the time of the house call or after my first inquiry as to the status of the estimate. A well prepared company sales rep should have been able to show me brochures of doors available, estimates of prices (using the AL coupon correctly), and time frames for ordering the doors and tentative dates for installation. It's a shame this happened because I really wanted to like them. The had installed basement windows for me some months before and I was very pleased with the work they did then and felt surely I would be pleased with this door project. Guess not.

The service was great. I purchased the deal on Angie's list and got scheduled right away. It was only two weeks from quote to installation. I have a tight schedule with only one day off a week and they were able to accommodate it.

Our house was built in 1950 and at that time (for some reason) they put windows in the bathroom right over the bath tub and in our case while the whole bathroom walls are tiled and there is a shower in the tub area there is also a window over the tub. We had WMBG remove out old window and install glass block window with a vent. The install went well for the most part and the outside window rap is very nice!. The only issue was for some reason I thought the salesman that told me the window would be flush with the tile in the bath room. Well its not and the old wood trim is still there. So I have painted the old window inside trim with outside paint and will put up a double shower liner one next to the wall on the other one on the tub side. So while not the way I wanted it to be I hope it will work.

The installation went great. Daniel, the installer, answered all my questions. Daniel was efficient and driven. His cleanup was great. He even rehung the curtains and rods above the windows when he was done. Thanks for a great job. I will use them again.

We have learned over the years to have low expectations when it comes to contractors. Well, we can honestly say that WMGB has raised the bar! They contacted us within a day of our email through Angie's List. The salesman was out the next day and was knowledgeable about his product and helpful with questions. The installer arrived as scheduled and was friendly and professional. He carefully removed our old windows with no damage to our home and took them away. He installed the new windows and cleaned up after himself. The work was done on time and for the original cost. The windows are beautiful and we wish we'd have done this years ago. We could not be happier with our experience with WMGB (and trust us, that's a rarity in our home improvement projects!).

I am unable to fully answer this. We have not had the services purchased performed, nor have they scheduled a date for this to take place. It as been one month since the time of our estimate.

Job couldn't have gone better. Polite and very efficient service - nothing was too much trouble for these guys.

They did the work for us and we were fine with their work. Everything was fine. We liked their company the best and therefore we went with them. Their quality of work and professionalism were fine. We have no complaints. We would use them again.

Salesman came out went over options and specials no pressure selling. Install was just as expected no surprises

He arrived on time , completed the work quickly and professionally and cleaned everything up when he was finished. If I had know it was this reasonable I would have done it years ago.

It went very well. The windows look great. The workers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Several of my neighbors came by to ask me the name of the company because they are interested in replacing their basement windows.

Service was excellent. We had them out for a quote, and then scheduled the job. They showed up on time and completed everything in a short time. we have a very old house, and the basement windows are crooked and old sizes. They did a great job and the windows look awesome!

It went very well, smooth, and fast. We had one guy come out to do the meausrements and another week later final measurements were taken then they were installed. Old windows out, new in...SNAP!
