Description of Work: I had 3 glass block windows installed and I am very happy with them! The installers and representatives of WMGB were all nice. An area to improve would be communication. Between staff and with customers. Example: I was never told when my installation date was and when I inquired, that person thought I had been told already. Another example: Patch work and sanding was needed on a wall by the new window. I was told someone would come out and take care of it or he would be back the following Monday. Two weeks went by without word and I had to contact WMGB.

Description of Work: I like this company. Everyone that we talked to was very professional. The installer did an excellent job. They had to cancel the first appointment the second appointment went as planned I have no complaints. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Called West MI Block about large replacement job after reviewing their info on Angie's list. They promptly responsed to my email and scheduled a visit at my conveniece. Promptly provided a written estimate that was comparable to bid provided by a mason I had used before. Decided to go with the mason I was familiar with.
