They did a fabulous job! The windows sparkled!

It went very well. I would use them again. The cost was very reasonable. They did a good job. They did what they were supposed to do. They did it quickly. They were very reasonably-priced. I don't remember anything bad happening but I don't remember how good it was either. They did a great job. They were on time. They called me back right away. Their staff was very friendly. I would definitely use them in the future.

They did an awesome job and the people I spoke to were nice and professional! They called to say they were 10 minutes away ... and then the rain came. They did the inside windows and screens and by the time they needed to move outdoors the rain stopped and the sun was out. The windows look fantastic! I didn't realize how dirty they were until I came home and saw how they sparkled! They took care to return items they had to move out of the way to reach the windows. I will use them every year now. I'm also considering to call them regarding my gutters. They also offered me a $25.00 discount for being a first customer .... without me even asking for one!
Description of Work: I have over 32 windows that need to be washed inside and out, and the screens done as well. I have a very tall home and I needed someone with the right equipment to be able to reach the taller windows

Shine responded right away with an onsite inspection, then followed up with a written estimate. The day we agreed on to clean the windows it looked like rain, and they called first thing in the am to reschedule. On the new date of cleaning I received a notice they were coming via email then a phone call when they were out 20 minutes from the time of service. They were so professional, and thorough and fast. I will never clean another window. They are coming out every year now. Thank you Shine!

They came, they cleaned, we smiled!
Description of Work: This is the third year we've used Shine Window Care and have been extremely satisfied. They are on-time, professional and responsive to our requests. We've had them clean all the outside windows, including skylights and a solarium. Additionally they've done our interior windows and the screens. They do also offer power washing for decks. We were about to utilize their power washing aspect, but decided just to remove the old deck and build a new one.
