drain pipe, drain cleaning
 + 0 moreIn April 2008 I had a new sewer line installed from my house to the city stub. Sadly, I did not have Rapid Rooter do the job. Three and a half years later, my new sewer line failed and the original plumber was not willing to admit fault and also unable to hire an excavator to repair the work. I called Rapid Rooter, and they sent Jason, who was able to get an excavator and repair the work right away. The work was done promptly, the cost was within reason and Jason was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I really like Rapid Rooter because they provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They were very helpful, responsive and professional. They allowed Jason to come to small claims court with me to testify, as a witness, against the original plumber, at no extra cost to me.
Description of Work: Replaced the sewer line at the city stub.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE. WE HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND EACH TIME THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT. THEIR PRICE IS VERY FAIR AND ALL OF THEIR WORKERS ARE COURTEOUS.
