The drains in the house were not working. Brandon came out, opened and pumped the septic. He also vacuumed out the plugged line from the house to the tank which took care of the problem. All of this was completed within 24 hours of calling. The price was better than the competition as well. Very pleased with this company and will use their services again in the future.

Texted us to notify us they were on there way. Took about an hour overall to complete.. which included cleaning up his area where his equipment was. Price was inexpensive. Gentleman answered our questions to the best of his ability and directed us to who to talk to on things he wasnt sure. Overall, it was a very good experience on our first time emptying the tank.

We were provided detailed description of work to be performed - arrived in the morning, excavated and caved collapsed tank, dug and installed replacement tank, after health department approval, returned same day, and backfilled everything. Cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied.

When I called they were very pleasant. They looked up the address and found that they had the exact location recorded from the previous homeowners, so finding the tank was simple and only left a minimal mark in the yard.

The process went very smoothly, the appropriate permits were obtained and inspections performed in a timely manner The new septic tanks function just fine and I had risers installed as well. The only problem I ran into is that I received very short notice when they were coming to install the new tanks (received a phone call very early in the morning that they would be there bright and early that same day). Luckily I was already planning on being at home that day. Otherwise, no complaints.

This company is really great. This was our second pump for selling our home after the first went horribly wrong from Plummer's. Brandon went through everything with us! Really recommend using them!

We just bought our house that was a foreclosure that had been vacant for 1+ years. As soon as we had the washing machine & shower functional, we had problems with our floor drain in the basement backing up & overflowing into our basement. Called Gary at Plummers Waste Group (got his contact info through our regular plumber who does not clean mainlines) and he was able to schedule me for that same day. Very polite & courteous. Showed up at my house exactly when he said he would. Was able to diagnose & fix the problem much quicker than what I was expecting. As a first time homeowner he was also very educational and showed/explained to me everything he was doing. Watched him use the water jet to clean out the gunk & roots that had been growing into our pipes as the house sat vacant. Very direct, honest man. Gave me tips for upkeep. Great service for a great price. Have had no problems since his service. We will definitely be using Plummers again in the future when the occasion arises & will recommend to anyone needing any similar service.

The technician was professional and courteous. I will say for the $300 - I should get in the roto-rooter business.. 1 hr worth of work.

Overall, the experience with these people is top notch. I called on a Tuesday and was scheduled for service on a Thursday. The guy who showed up, Brandon, was the same guy from a few years ago so he knew where to go and what to do. He patiently put up with my long list of questions (I'm new to septic tanks and issues regarding them) and offered a lot of, I hope, good advice. The only drawback to the company was a rather rude woman on the phone but I can get past that. It sounds funny to say, but in about 4.5 years, I'll look forward to having them back to clean up my $#%@. :)

The service man was very polite and worked quickly. He noted a possible problem with the drain field and recommended further evaluation.

Provider arrived; put on the protective booties; assessed the situation and went back out to his vehicle. He returned with the appropriate tool and unclogged the lower toilet pipe drain. No mess left behind; problem resolved and service call was 'reasonable' with today's rates. Many thanks for the quick same day response and a job well done.

I scheduled a septic tank cleaning with Plummer's for August 5. They did not show up and did not call. When I called the company, the dispatcher placed me on hold and then I was cut off. I called back and asked not to be put on hold, and I was immediately put on hold. I finally reached the dispatcher who was very unconcerned and sarcastic with me. Her apology couldn't have been more sarcastic. She did not offer to reschedule. When I asked about rescheduling, she stated I could have the next available spot. I asked her what day and time that might be and she replied in a loud irritated voice that she said it would be the next available spot. Since I needed to be present when they came, the answer wasn't helpful for me. She wanted me to pay over the phone and trust them to show up, which they already hadn't done. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused. I asked to speak to the owner and she replied he and quot;wasn't available for me.and quot; I submitted a review and the owner responded to it. I wanted to comment on the company's response. Mr. Plummer, thank you for your explanation and apology. However, i would like to point out that your company did not offer to send someone out in a half hour as you claim. The dispatcher made no effort to reschedule. When I asked about rescheduling, she said only that I could get the next available position. I asked her what date that would be and she sarcastically said and quot;I told you the next available.and quot; She would not give me a day or time. It appears to me that your employee, who was very rude to me, is giving you a different story. I have called back and asked to talk with you, but again I was told I couldn't talk to you. I am sorry we can not talk about this and that your employee will not put through my calls to you. I understand a mistake was made. My problem isn't so much with the intern, who you blame, but with the attitude and lack of courtesy of the dispatcher, who apparently is giving you a different story than what actually was said. Seriously, was it necessary to place 3 Plummer's sign now in the street by my houseafter I submitted the review? That seems pretty petty. Is that how your company deals with someone who has an honest issue with your company. I am a U.S. attorney and I am very careful to accurately indicate what happened.

They did a great job and were very respectful, professional and friendly.

Joshua was the technician and he did a first rate job. He explained everything he was doing and, when possible, showed us exactly what he was doing, including letting us see the camera view inside the pipe. When he found where the break in our pipe was located, he went about making the repair, showing us exactly what the problem was and how he was going to repair it. He cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done and made sure we were satisfied with the result. In addition to his professionalism, we very much appreciated his friendly manner. We wouldn't hesitate to call Plummer's again for any future plumbing or septic needs.

Better than I could have hoped for actually. Who'd have thought the tank needed cleaning...but believe me I'll stick to every three years and clean it regularly. I'm very grateful that there are people who want to work, and service those of us who are just very surprised when suddenly the plumbing goes awry. All was well by quarter to 11 a.m. These are good people in my estimation and I'll call them again.

I called on a Monday and they came the next day at 8am. They honored a coupon the prior owners left behind.

The young man who came out was very polite and professional. Not only did he locate the septic tank, but told us that we actually have two tanks with two openings each. He marked all four. He also answered our questions about septic tank care and about what should and should be planted over the tanks and the drain field. We were very happy with the service. Even though it was a simple task, the technician was just as professional as if it had been a larger job. We will certainly call Plummer's when it is time to have our tanks pumped.

Showed up at the estimated time of arrival, went right to work, cleaned out the tanks, and then, closed the tanks back up. The price was very close to the price we paid four years ago. Will continue to use their services.

I'd been hanging on to a coupon as a reminder for many months and finally got around to calling Plummer's, fully expecting the coupon to be expired (although it didn't contain an expiration date). I spoke with a very nice lady who assured me that the coupon was still valid and that they would be happy to come out. Based on our knowledge of our system (we'd already done some digging and uncovered both tanks/holes) she was able to provide the cost over the phone and schedule an appointment. The fellow showed up right on time and did a great job; even though the tanks were way around the back of the house, the hoses reached that far and he did not have to drive over the lawn. He showed my husband what was going on and how the pumping worked, and gave us good advice on how to maintain the septic system going forward. We'll definitely give them a call again in a few years when we need it pumped again.

They are a local operation. Since I started with them I would use no one else. The are prompt, professional and efficent. They charge very reasonavle rates and they stand behind their service. I have experienced different presonnel from Plummer's and have always been treated courteously an professionally. They always provide great service.

Awesome service! Came out the day I called them. They were quick, reasonably priced and the worker was very nice. I would hire them again without a doubt!
