Received an estimate of 10,000$ for 12 deck stairs after already getting quoted from two other companies 1,200$ and 1,500$. They showed up 2 hours late for the appointment with no call. I laughed when quoted 10k. The usual culprit of "covid" was the excuse for the Ludacris pricing. A month later I get another call from this place stressing their "commercial pricing" and the need to schedule an appointment with us again. I refused 3xs on the phone to no avail and scheduled an appointment after the 4th request. They had the audacity to no-call, no-show on the day of the appointment and actually called us the next day to reiterate the "commercial pricing" (opposite of outrageous pricing) and to try and schedule another appointment. Very unprofessional, and the prices are the highest in the state. Steer clear of this place.

No work has been done whatsoever. Paid almost $3000.00 for NOTHING! It's been over 3 months now and no show everytime. Yet they have the nerve to put their sign in my driveway, which is going in the garage. Filed a complaint at BBB. want a refund. If they are not going to do the job I paid for. See them in court I guess. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY unless you like giving away your hard earned money!

They are the only supplier and service company of Gutter Helmet in West Michigan. They cancelled twice and failed to show up or even call on the third call. Next call is to my lawyer who plans to go after the main company first, then with these hyenas. Customer service is poor at best.

My Dad was contacted by a salesman from Infinity wanting to install Gutter Helmet on his house. My Dad's house already has a mesh installed over his gutters, so he has no need for the Gutter Helmet system. In talking about the roof, it was noted that repairs needed to be made in all the valleys because they were leaking into the house. The salesman left an estimate on his business card with the price for Gutter Helmet installation and said he'd have someone call about the roof repairs. A scheduler called a few days later to set up an appointment for an estimate on new Gutter Helmet; when my Dad told them he didn't need it, they tried pushing him into an appointment anyway. He insisted he didn't need the product, but wanted an estimate on the roof repairs, the scheduler asked my Dad to hand the phone over to my Mother. The scheduler then proceeded to talk my Mom into an appointment for the next day. Fortunately I was present during this phone call, so I was able to call the company back and get the appointment cancelled. I requested that they not call again and was assured that they would remove my parent's phone number from their system. Within 2 weeks Infinity started calling back again. I happened to be present again 3 weeks later when a 4th call came in and my Dad told the guy to go ahead and look at the roof, and that he could leave an estimate on the back porch. The guy insisted on having someone present during the walk-around, so my Dad said he would be there for the appointment. Infinity has a policy of having the Scheduler call back to confirm appointments, so when that call came in, I was able to talk with the scheduler, Sheila, and again requested that my parent's phone number be removed from their system. I was assured they would receive no more calls from Infinity Home Improvement...time will only tell.

If you can't even get good customer service to get an estimate for a project, I can only imagine how poor the customer service would be once they got your deposit money. Sad way of doing business.
