Stay away from this company.

There were problems immediately, and they stopped returning my calls.

Did very poor workmanship, did not expect the windows to be installed when they saw the mold, and had multiple opportunities to make right.

Not very knowledgeable on product and was lied to several times also. Installers were good but support for product kind of stinks. Contractors were given a different product than that which was ordered and installed and now has to be replaced. The salesman sold us top of the line model and then when he wrote down on order gave us a lower model. We asked if our hot water heater was big enough and first time used ran out of hot water and then we called the manufacturer and they told us we needed a bigger hot water heater to support walk-in tub. Been pretty stressful so far, hopefully, get resolved.

The skylight went in with in 2 weeks, they cleaned up very good.

I went to the HomeAdvisor website to look for contractors to do the deck work I needed and NO one would call me back. Nick was at my sisters in Riverdale MI and she gave him my number and NIck called and got the ball rolling. Johnathan did the work and did a great job. I would hire him again.

From Jerry, the salesman, to Bill, the project manager, this company is riddled with terrible service and corruption. I would never recommend of use this company ever again. We hired Infinity to complete a bathtub installation. They guaranteed us a custom tub that would fit in the space we had, that was anti-microbial with little to no upkeep, and the bathtub of our dreams all for $6,470 cash. Fast forward to THREE month later, not only was the tub NOT the size we were promised, but they installed trim along the bottom of the tub and the floor to cover the gap in the floor tiling. We called to complain and get some sort of recovery for not receving the product we were promised and paid for. A month later, Bill came out and SWORE at us in our own home that we got a custom tub even though it wasnt the size he promised. He admitted to his fault and did nothing to make up for it. Within a week, the caulking started to come off along the tub. We called again, a few weeks went by and Bill came back, bragged about his caulking skills. Two weeks later, the white caulk turned yellow. Obviously not using the correct type of caulk for a tub. Six months later a customer service rep, Brenda, called asking how our experience was and we told her how awful it was and how we would never use or recommend this service to anyone. She apologized and said she would be in touch by the end of the week to see what she could do. That was two months ago and we havent heard from Brenda or anyone else. EVery time I look at this tub (every day) I am sick to my stomach because we spent so much money on this tub and it is discolored, not anti-microbial, and not big enough to immerse yourself in and it certainly doesnt fit in the space and is not custom built as promised. Please dont hire this company for any services. If Bill or Jerry come to your door, lock it!

The workers were polite and caring about how they were doing. For only two men doing the job, they made excellent progress on a day to day basis. They continued to keep us informed as they did the job. Can't say enough about there quality work.

They are not qualified and they are unresponsive, which leads to unprofessional. We feel like we have been taken advantage of.

They took our money and never did the work. Its been over a year we have been waiting. We were told we would be the 1st in the spring.

Thomas Twining sold us on Infinity Home Improvements to replace our deck boards with promising us completion in two weeks and a professional job. Little did we know that 2 years later we would still be waiting for our deck to be completed! We can never get through to customer service - it is automated and no one ever returns your call. They call to try and get more jobs and only then do you get to talk to a person and get transferred Devonta makes promises and schedules appointments that no one seems to know because no one comes out. Eric did come back last year to make a list of material needed to complete the job due to his short cuts. We are still waiting!!! It would get great to get the deck completed correctly, this year!

We contracted with this company on their evaluations and after an excellent salesman came to the house, It went down hill fast from there. We had all kinds of scheduling problems which included non returned phone calls and getting repeated promises of starting new work next week which never happened. This went on for a long time. We had the kitchen ceiling re plastered because of a water leak. This workman did good work. We also had Infinity put on a new flat roof to stop the leak. A crew member came for a half day and put on the new flat roof. It rained the next day and it leaked worse than it had at the beginning. We called asking for them to come fixed it. They did send a man to fix it. Next day it rained. Roof leaked again. Called them again and their answer the leak was not covered in our agreement. Our agreement was for a new flat roof which would no longer leak. Desperate to protect the new kitchen ceiling we hired another contractor who easily fixed it. It has not rained in since and we have had no problems. I would never hire this firm again because of their bad customer service and sloppy work. Reading their Home Advisor evaluations their seemed to be a severe drastic change in their good evaluations recently. It was a nightmare experience for us.

If you want good work done.....do not hire this company.

A horrible experience. When I scheduled the appointment I stated that I would be meeting with a rep alone. When he arrived he had to cancel the appointment until my husband could be present too. At the meeting with my husband present, we paid $600 to have a gutter replaced. The new gutter is leaking water from 2 places. They have sent someone to our home about 5 times and the gutter is still leaking in 2 places right where we come down the stairs to get into our vehicles. This causes ice to build up in March & April. They have ignored ours calls and not responded to our voicemail messages. I had to go through their operator and explain that we've been trying to reach Devonte or any other service representative to resolve this matter. We have paid $600 for a service repair. We are very disappointed with the work and customer service that we have received. We feel jilted?? We will not be recommending Infinity Home Improvement to anyone. I would like to mention that Aaron....the representative that came to our home to sell us the gutters did show good customer service.

This was the only company that responded to me! They called right away to set up the appointment. The job was completed within a few weeks but haven'theard anything else from them. Guess no feedback is good enough for them.
