We cancelled the contract as no one would return phone calls about scheduling. We had to pay up front for work, and now they are charging a fee to cancel and won't return our money in full. Tried for 2 weeks to talk to supervisor, but no one would take our calls or return our messages.

work is good Cleanup left nails in my driveway in front of my garage and cigarette butts in the driveway ; this really disappointing and reflects on the entire work ethics for Infinity Home Improvement,Inc.

The crew they sent did a really nice job on the replacement of our deck. They worked some long days in blistering heat and rain to finish the job. They were courteous and I would hire them again. The only reason I gave a 4.5 for customer service is the office is lax about returning calls.

Bill did snow damage repair quickety split. Threw in pounding down backed out nail bubbling up shingle, He showed me phone pics of repair, was too far up for me to see what he did. Keep him of file for future use.

Blew 12 inches Owens-Corning Fiberglas into attic and installed 6 inch OCF batts in garage ceiling......all work fast and professional....matched lowest price of other bids

Great product and great quality on the installation. A little pricy though. Also not real pro-active on keeping you informed regarding when the product will be complete and ready to install and when the installation will take place. Several install dates were changed (for legitimate reasons) but we did not receive notice. The installers simply didn't show up and we had to call both times to figure out what was going on.

I had a regular shingle roof installed instead of a metal roof. Look nice!!

Recommend the company/ not recommend the salesman. Salesman knew we would be using insurance money to help pay for project. He left NO cost breakdown of project. We had nothing to show the insurance company. We phoned salesman to send us the breakdown - received nothing.from him. After a week of waiting, our Insurance agent contacted someone from the company who got the information for them. One piece of paper he DID leave was a checklist for his use only. ????

They showed up when they said and did a good job.

WATCH OUT FOR THIS GROUP,, THEY PROMISE you everything,, and deliver a nightmare,, this was and still is the project from hell,, no planning at all,, just kept tearing apart the house until they could fit the tub in.. Of course the company forgot to mention that the old water system would not handel a new tub,, and still have not heard from back from them at all about how the work went,, they have alot of my money,, so at least they are statisfied,, I fell I have been taken advantage off,,, and hope someone would really do the research about this company,,,, they are good at convincing you that they are reliable,,

we changed our minds about one of the options, no problem -Dave was out to get papers resigned and project was completed before the estimated install date!
