I would never ever hire this company to do anything. They have the absolute worst customer service Ive ever run in to. We hired them to install gutters and helmets.. As installed, their product caused our driveway to wash out. It took weeks and weeks in order to get anyone to ever call us back. We eventually had to camp out in their office to get anyone to speak with us. This is not what customer service is all about. If your customer has a problem, you deal with it - you dont avoid the customer. We eventually took them to court, and, surprise, surprise, they didnt even have the decency to show up. Of course a judgment was entered against them, and since they didnt respond to that either, were having to sue them again to try and collect the money the court said they owed to us. If they had just been professional enough to speak with us in a timely manner, all of this could have been avoided. Instead, they took our money and decided that was the last they needed to be concerned about us. Very very poor customer service.

Overall a good job. It took a couple of calls on my part to find out when the repairman was coming. When he got here the job was done well, except he forgot his caulking gun and had to go buy one. :) Would recommend for a roof repair job.

Infinity did a very thorough assessment of what was the cause of the leak in my roof, unlike another company that did a cursory look. The cost was competitive with other bids that were going to do a less than complete job compared to what Infinity did. The person sent out to do the work was great. He was personable and professional. He took a lot of pride in doing the job correctly. I won't know for certain if the fix worked until the next heavy rain with wind hits but I'm betting my leaking roof is a thing of the past. The only downside was the wait (three weeks) between getting the estimate and getting the work completed. I would highly recommend Infinity based on my experience.

They left a 'smear' of something (bathtub calking?) on the outside facing the acrylic shower. This material does not behave like the acrylic in the shower. This smear something I am not able to wipe or rub clean. This rough smear is now become a funny color which I am also unable to make white. I would like this company to return and save my new shower. They also installed a new toilet. It was supposed to be 2 inches higher the standard they removed. I needed the extra height because of my hip and knee condition. The toilet does not flush well and leave a clean toilet bowl. T

We cancelled the contract as no one would return phone calls about scheduling. We had to pay up front for work, and now they are charging a fee to cancel and won't return our money in full. Tried for 2 weeks to talk to supervisor, but no one would take our calls or return our messages.

work is good Cleanup left nails in my driveway in front of my garage and cigarette butts in the driveway ; this really disappointing and reflects on the entire work ethics for Infinity Home Improvement,Inc.

The crew they sent did a really nice job on the replacement of our deck. They worked some long days in blistering heat and rain to finish the job. They were courteous and I would hire them again. The only reason I gave a 4.5 for customer service is the office is lax about returning calls.

Bill did snow damage repair quickety split. Threw in pounding down backed out nail bubbling up shingle, He showed me phone pics of repair, was too far up for me to see what he did. Keep him of file for future use.
