Excellent gutters, they use high pressure sales tactics and have iffy communication skills after the sale

They came when promised and repaired the roof. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

BILL ARRIVED ON TIME READY TO WORK.HIS CREW WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. ANY AREAS THAT NEEDED ADDITIONAL ATTENTION WERE DELT WITH WITHOUT DICKERING OVER ADDITIONAL PAYMENT. HE FINISHED ON SCHEDULE. HIS CREW CLEANED UP ALL DEBRI SWEPT THE DRIVEWAY. THEY EVEN REMOVED A PLASTIC WRAPPER FROM A TREE A GOOD 6 FEET FROM THE HOUSE. HIS WORD IS GOOD. HE DID EVERYTHING HE PROMISED. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN WITHOUT RESERVATION.

Never use them or would not recommend them to anyone.

I am living a nightmare! They scheduled, then moved it. They showed up at Noon and never left until after 1AM. They bowed out and broke through a wall trying to reduce a very important gas vent pipe that was behind the original tub unit. They cut through my deck floor , not just the subfloor trying to make room for the new shower pan that had to go in (you can pull back the carpet and see the workroom downstairs!) so it looks like the edge of the pan is resting on airspace in some spots! They put OSB board on the walls behind the shower after the salesman sold us on greenboard. They did not install any supports for the handicap chair we ordered or the 2 grab bars. None of the 4 shelves drain any water off of them (a 3 oz dixie cup of water just collects to the back of each shelf. One of the walls is scratched. There is a contrasting color piece of something up at the edge of the ceiling that matches nothing else in the shower. They never hooked that gas pipe back together, just left it! Now they are not returning my phone messages! It has been over 10 days since Bill, the Project Manager paid us a visit to discuss our complaints. For a price tag of over $7000, we expected A-1 work and not this crap. We contacted our building inspector and they pulled neither a plumbing permit or building permit for this job. And we were told my the salesman that all the workers were theirs, but the guy who was actually here told my husband he was a sub contractor who owned his own business! Buyers Beware!!!

Appointment was made within a week of initial meeting. Installer was friendly and he worked quickly.

They go by the old rule " measure twice, cut once ". I thought they had a perfect fit for what I was looking for. They are very professional and detail oriented about the way things are done. I would highly recommend Infinity to anyone who is looking for quality, well priced and professionally done home improvement.

They did a grate job

Needed a new bathtub and repairs made in the bathroom. Salesman is very pushy and wont take no for an answer... But thats alright because their product sounds like the best available and we needed to repair our floor and leaky tub. Their price was very high, but their product looked very good compared to other companies. So we picked out what we wanted and signed the contract. Next they send out their foreman to take final measurements. He suggested that we do some things differently than what the salesman wrote down.... No big deal, just some minor details. Then its time for the installer to come and put everything in. Takes two days... Not too bad. But the tub we got is not what we asked for. Its not what the salesman told us, and its not what he foreman told us. The spout is noticeable crooked, the shelves look crooked, the soap dish isnt installed properly so I always have wet, soggy soap. The shower head isnt what the foreman told me, the tub is not the design we picked out....the list goes on. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND INFINITY!!!! Over-priced, pushy salesman, they dont communicate with each other and they did not deliver what was promised.

The quality of the work could not be better. The work ethic was also outstanding. The price is probably a little on the high side but I feel like it was worth it.

Very pleased with the work done in both bathrooms. Like this contractor so much hired him to remode the kitchen.
