Excellent, top notch service and reasonable prices. Very prompt on scheduling, and tech are very capable.

The 2 man crew was here on time and were done by the afternoon. There were no problems or issues with the installation. We've used them before so when I contacted other companies to get bids for the job, I knew the Henricks bid would be competitive (I was right).

This was a pretty simple task, but an unscrupulous provider could have charged us for a more complicated repair, and we would have been none the wiser. As it turned out, it was a simple loose connection. They addressed the issue quickly, made arrangements with our tenants to get into the home, and solved the problem. I will definitely call on them again.
