Don’t trust the warranty. My mother has been screwed by them.

Well, the drain system seems to be working, so thats good. They had to come out and do follow up work as some things were missed. The system has a warranty but hopefully we never need to use it because they schedule about a month out for follow up work. We asked the guys who did the follow up work about why it appeared the backup pump was going off and they tried giving my wife some story about the kitchen sink draining to the sump pump. There are so many things wrong with that statement such as....they installed a new crock and I promise my kitchen sink existed before their work. Second, pretty sure no inspector would approve something as dumb as that. (This house is less than a decade old) So yeah, don't appreciate them lying to my wife.

They came in early morning and worked very hard until mid afternoon for 2 days in a row. Very professional and cleaned up the mess of concrete, etc. They had come highly recommended to us by others in the neighborhood and now we know why. We have had absolutely no trouble with water in the basement since they fixed it. It's a big relief to have it dry downstairs again. I would highly recommend them to fix a water problem like we had.

I would say that they have extremely pushy sales people. They will do such things as they will come out and shoot your price, then work come down for that, require when they come out, and estimate the project they require which are suppose to be there. Their work was good, their men worked like dogs. They seem to have a good job. We got a lot of moisture in the spring and there has been no water at all with water keeping into the basement.

They were fairly quick to respond. They have been out to my house several times, but they've never been able to solve the problem. There's still no difference and it was a lot of money to spend.

The many members of the team worked diligently to get the work done. They alerted me ahead of time to cover things as the dust would be significant (as it was). They were always courteous and polite as they worked to get the job done in as little time as possible. They even allowed me to have better anchoring of the walls done than what was first proposed by the initial production team. So, I was impressed by this company's way of providing better service than first expected. I have since had the ability to warrant the work with them. I have been happy to think that I have had this service done with all of the storms that have brought more rain and flooding to the Flat and Grand rivers in Lowell. Otherwise, I would have them do the same work, again. Thank you, EverDry Waterproofing for all your hard work.

NOT ONLY DID THIS COMPANY DO A FIRST RATE JOB WITH MY BASEMENT, THEY DID SO FOR A VERY FAIR PRICE. WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETED THERE WAS NO MESS LEFT BEHIND FOR ME TO TAKE CARE OF.

I THOUGHT THEY HAD THE LEAK STOPPED BUT TWO WEEKS LATER IT STARTED TO LEAK AGAIN SO I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO MY HOUSE. I DID NOT LIKE THIS COMPANY. I THOUGHT THEY OVERCHARGED ME ON THE JOB THEY DID.

ALTHOUGH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GOOD, THEY WERE NOT THAT PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE VERY INEXPERIENCED. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
