Call EverDry first if you have a foundation issue. I experienced significant expense working with lesser professionals before EverDry fixed my problem.

The crew who came to our house were great! They were polite, humerus, professional, answered all my questions; no matter how "silly" they were. When they left, the only evidence that workmen had been in my home was my repaired/waterproof basement.

I am out of town and will have Ever Dry meet me at my residence when I return. Very courteous and prompt on their return call. Thank you all for your help. Just lost my husband and need safe and reliable help

My concern is the placement of the anchors. The weakest section of my wall is supported by only one anchor. Two anchors are side by side several feet from the weakest area. Two more are at the opposite end. I questioned this spacing, concerned that I might need one or two additional anchors. I noticed that they started st the stronger end of the wall. I don?t have the financial resources to purchase additional anchors. Had they been spaced appropriately, five anchors should have corrected this wall. I sure am disappointed.

A little expensive but worth it. The crew we had were really hard workers. Project took 4 days. Will have to wait for a really hard rain to see if it works. Has a lifetime transferable warranty.

The basement crawlspace has stayed dry since they installed their system, however, there is still a lot of clean-up required. There are also some revisions pending along with the replacement of some damaged property. These outstanding issues have been scheduled for 5/16/17, three weeks after the initial installation. Once the pending issues are resolved to my satisfaction, I would have no problem in re-evaluating Ever Dry's ratings.

never leave them alone at your house they wander all through out the house tried out exercise equiptment drank a case of water without asking. tore down 1 1/2 walls in our bath and tore down a wall cupboard but gave us 8 2x4 8' long boards oh and 3 years free warranty. tore out our sidewalk and then filled hole with concret they took out of basement .

There was a problem in that they accidently broke my sewer drain. They addressed the problem as soon as it came to light.

The employee's were very polite and professional. As for the water proofing I can't really say for sure until it rains but it should not be a problem any more with everything they did.

They did what they said they woulld & took special care to remove & replace my wifes flower gardens.

I aksed them to come on short notice prior to my daughters open house and they were VERY accommodating.

They did this water proofing about 10 years ago and it's been working fine and when the sump pump has quit they have replaced it in 2-3 days and that's great.

These guys are very professional. They have kept we well informed throught the whole process. I am very happy with everything they have done. Tomorrow they will finish and I will recommend them to anyone that needs waterproofing and repair.

Did 18in of digging instead of all way down. Had wrapped everything in plastic said was industrial grade, was actually from any hardware store. Threw dirt on job didnt straighten it up,left a mess of dirt. They broke up the cement with jack hammer and busted floor. The trench dug was very shallow had gravel and tile then 1/2 inch for cement. Foreman didnt know much of anything, work was rough and sloppy, not smooth. Didnt clean up, left "clean up mess" from their mixer in the yard then put in truck and left. Used loud foul language on phone on his radio.
