It looks beautiful

I visited many tile stores in my quest to renovate my new condo, including all of them in the Merchandise Mart in Chicago. Well thank you Chicago Artistic Tile for ignoring me for 20 minutes that day, because I instead took my business to Beaver Tile & Stone. Nothing matched the personalized and professional service that I received from Ann, Jan, Ginny and Teresa who were absolutely the best.Their seamless coordination in helping me get all the tiles I desired could only be described as nothing less than a symphony. The day I walked in, Ann and Jan went to work looking for the Artistic Tile Opera Glass Tile required to create a very intricate modular pattern calling for five different sizes in two different finishes. When we realized that the blue color I wanted was being discontinued and the quantity not available, they showed me how with wall paint and lighting, the white tile could appear to be blue. But that’s not all, when Artistic Tile could not supply the quantity of the stunning Azul Machauba, Beaver found the stone tile elsewhere and the color was even richer. No matter who I spoke with, all four women knew my order and could answer any question. My third project included Karat tiles, with decorative tiles embedded with Swarovski Crystals. They could only be ordered from Italy and by just be a few U.S. authorized retailers. I was already in touch with one in Minneapolis and just awaiting measurements from my contractor before ordering. But to my surprise, the ladies took the lead and called around to its partners to get the tiles for me. When they couldn’t, they contacted the Minneapolis dealer, negotiated the sale and arranged for shipment to its warehouse where they would check for damage and arrange for any returns, if required. Now that's customer service! My three bathrooms will be done in October and the ladies asked that I send them pictures. Well, I'm going to do one better and invite them all over to see the fruits of their labor. Thank you Beaver Tile & Stone for making this part of a very complex renovation such a pleasure.

Our contractor recommended a couple of tile places for us to look at. Beaver had the best selection and the most knowledgeable staff. The other place had a much more limited selection and absolutely no knowledge about "green" options. When we walked into the showroom, they were very quick to offer assistance and walked us around the showroom telling us about our options. Then they let us talk and look without hovering over us. The tile came in quickly and looks great in the new entry!
