+ -1 moreThe plug was actually further down the drain. That was cleared in no time at all. He also offered instructions in "what can and can not" go down the drain. He came out very promptly, did the work correctly, charged a fair price , and cleaned up when through with the work. I recommend this company completely. I was born in Wyandotte, MI and thought I should give this vendor a try, and I'm glad I did.
Description of Work: I had a plugged kitchen sink. I thought it might be the garbage disposal. Looking online, I saw Rootology and called. They answered the phone call and made arrangements to come out and check it out.

He explained everything he was doing and keeping me in the loop the whole time. The 24hr service is a huge plus! He was even careful and caring when practice distancing and being safe!
