 + 0 moreThey would not come back and they sent out somebody to do some work and did a terrible job when I already paid him. They were taking money from us. Last year, when the weather got hot, the job that they have done bubbled up and I called them back to fix and they said they will get back to me but they did not show up.
Description of Work: They supposed to repair a new driveway, garage floor and very large patio.

 + -1 moreThis was awful. Oscar the owner is rude and disrespectful, completely not professional. The cement he poured pools water by our house and wall of basement that we had built new. Stamped patio had shoe marks, bucket mark, swipes of color, roller marks. Worst job I have ever seen. Instead of tearing out parts he messed up and re-doing, he tried to repair and made it look worse then stained it with a dark brown color that I did not want at all to try to cover up his terrible work. He was argumentative and clearly did not care about the quality of the work. Absolute nightmare job!

 + -1 moreWas unable to get an estimate. Called and was told I would be contacted that night or next day I received no call, . Weeks later I receive a call from a person sitting outside of my house and they want to give me an estimate. I told him it was not convenient at this time because we were getting ready to leave and could we schedule a time for a estimate. He said he would call back and we did not hear from him again.

 + -1 moreI was very frustrated after waiting 14 days, and not getting a quote for the job...so I decided to find a new Cement Contractor after getting the run around as to why the contractor did not get a chance to provide me a quote for the job!!!
Description of Work: I called Oscar's Cement for a quote for a driveway approach, and the provider requested me to send him a text with my address. I contacted Oscar Five days after sending the text, and Oscar never returned my call. Finally, a few days later I contacted Oscar, and we talked about the job and he asked me to send text (a second time)with my address, and then for me to call him the next day as a reminder. I contacted Oscar a few days after sending him the second text, and he told me that he still did not get a chance to provide me a quote for the job. At this point I decided to find a new Cement Contractor.

 + 0 moreWhen I needed to talk with the owner he was always accessible within a few minutes. They did excellent work. I have recommended him to others. After a year's worth of time trying to get them to fix the work they did, I still cannot reach this company. The work done seemed fine at first, but deteriorated over time. Since it started having issues, I've tried to reach out to the company to get this fixed, and they won't return my calls. I am now taking my issue with the Michigan Licencing Bureau.
Description of Work: He removed and replaced our driveway, double garage, porch, and patio. The driveway and two stall garage was cement and the porch and patio was exposed aggregate. Then he sealed them and put a vapor barrier down as well.
