+ -1 moreI noticed that it was cold in the house and checked the furnace. It appeared that the burners would not light. I called Neighborly and he was at my door in a half hour (on a Sunday). He ran some electrical tests, identified the problem as a faulty igniter, replaced it, and was on his way. Insanely fast response time and very quick work. Last time he fixed my A/C on a holiday weekend. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: He diagnosed the problem with the furnace and replaced the malfunctioning part.

+ -1 moreMy A/C went out on a Saturday evening on a holiday weekend. Not only did the guy call me back first thing Sunday, he came out the same day and didn't charge me extra for it. Partway through refilling the refrigerant the blower motor stopped working. He removed and dried / cleaned the circuit board and got it working again with no additional charge. Very personable guy and super fast response time was exemplary. Highly recommended!
