Johns Roofing & Repairs

My roof is a 12/12 pitch, and I'm not going up there! I knew it would be difficult to get a company to do a small job, but Joh did waive the minimum fee, for which I am grateful. It took severl more phone calls to get John to the site, but he did arrive, and installed the vents. When I saw that he was not using sealer, he said if the job is done right - you don't need sealer - which I knew was WRONG and insisted that he seal the vent to the roof..

They were excellent and we liked them a lot. It is a single owner with a very good crew. We first met him when he was doing a house across the street from my mother so we had him do my mother's roof on her house. He was very courteous and very clean. He did the job well. I would highly recommend him. I don't think he is the kind of person that will do half million-dollar homes but he was fair in his price and very good with his workers and the job they did. He washed everything when they were done and picked up. I couldn't have been more pleased.

He put a membrane down that expands and contracts with the weather. He then attached it using these special nails. I was so happy that he was able to offer this solution. He is at the top of this new technology.
