These guys are wonderful! Bill, our salesman, I highly recommend. Very honest and straight forward. Ask for him, you'll love him. The windows were ready two weeks before estimated which was great. The installers were also top notch. Friendly, but worked hard with no disruption. Finished installing a day earlier than they thought. Cleaned the house better than when they came in! The windows are awesome, well worth the little extra in price. If I ever need windows for another home, I will use these guys without question and recommend them whole-heartedly.

They were very good to work with. Whey were very responsive. The salesman was very nice. The crew who installed the windows were very good. They were efficient, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I was amazed at how much they could accomplish in about 6 hours. The pricing is competitive when one considers the quality and service they provide.

The job done was very good. I will be using them again in the future for my downstairs windows.

I did not choose this company mainly because of price. There were a couple of other factors that, while less important, did help sway my position. I did not like the familiarity with which the person addressed me when I called for an estimate (first name as opposed to Mrs... - I know this dates me)and when the salesperson went into his youd better hurry because prices are going up routine, my husband asked what was driving the increase and the salesperson stated it was the price of polymer compounds used in the windows. My husband deals with polymers and stated the prices were actually coming down for those. The salesman didnt really have a good response. However, the main reason, as Ive said, was cost.

Tim Betz represented the company in a very professional way. He was excellent to work with, and the person we could always go to if there were any additional work to be done. We are extremely pleased with the entire job. Tim priced the entire job out and it took 3 months for all the work to be completed, from the initial order to the final repair. The installers did an excellent job and the painters did also.

They did an excellent job. They did the job in two days. They had all of the windows in and the inside completed on the first day and they finished the trim on the outside the next day. They left the house spotless. Renewal by Andersen produces an excellent window. The vinyl clad wood is stronger than just vinyl, so there is more glass area in the window than a comparable vinyl window. The windows were expensive, but you get what you pay for. Do not confuse Renewal by Andersen products with Andersen windows. Andersen Corp. owns Renewal, but they have different window products and you cannot buy the Renewal product anywhere but a Renewal by Andersen dealer.

Good job, showed up and finished on time. Very professional.

On day one, two crews of 3 men each showed up. All were cheerful, polite, helpful and skillful. Drop cloths were spread throughout the house. In 6 hours, all 11 windows had been torn out, new windows installed, trimmed and caulked externally and casing installed as required. At one point, I raised an objection to the way two windows had been trimmed. The supervisor immediately had the questionable trim removed and redone to my satisfaction, no questions asked. On day 2, one crew removed the 12th window, reframed the opening and installed the sliding door, to my complete satisfaction. All debris was removed and the site left immaculate. Job completed a day early. Upon completion, the job foreman walked us through the operation and maintenance of the products. Two days later, another supervisor showed up to make sure that we were completely satisfied with their work. Also received a similar followup call from the sales person.

The installer was on time and did a beautiful job with the installation. He wasted no time and began working immediately. I found him to be very professional and efficient. Within two hours he had our new door installed. He did a great job cleaning up. He left no mess behind.

I originally contracted them on may 10th. They told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks, right around after the fourth of July. I called them at the beginning of August because I had heard nothing. The salesman said within two weeks I would be contacted, which I was not. It took til September for them to finally contact me. The contract manager had just been hired to solve the problem. The first crew that came on the 18th was fired after only one day on the job. The second crew came on the 21st, with Michigan plates, so they were subcontracted out. I am totally dissatisfied, their work performance is unacceptable. I got home late last night and couldnt even get in the yard.

This was the 4th window company we interviewed. Mr. Gyeszat came to our home, inspected our windows, listened to our concerns and offered us several options. He was very nice, very knowledgeable and was not pushy. The window we were interested in was a much higher quality and easier to operate than others we had seen, and that combined with Tom's professionalism made our decision easy. Our windows came in earlier than estimated, and they were able to install them within a week. 3 installers showed up at our house at 8 a.m. and I can't say enough about their work ethic - these 3 men went to work immediately, they worked until 9 p.m. with only a very short lunch break, they cleaned up behind themselves, they put down tarps to protect my carpets, they even vacuumed,! When they left, the only way you knew they'd been there was that we had new windows. My windows are beautiful, energy efficient, and Tom has even checked on us twice to make sure we were happy. We are VERY happy!

THEY OFFERED ONLY THE ABSOLUTE TOP OF THE LINE. THE PRICE FOR THE WINDOWS WAS UNBELIEVABLE. I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN WITH THOSE PRICES. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND THEY KNEW THEIR PRODUCT, BUT WITHOUT APOLOGY, THEY WEREN'T AFRAID TO QUOTE YOU THE HIGHEST PRICE IN THE WORLD.

THE PERSON THAT CAME OUT WAS PROMPT. HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS. USING HINDSIGHT, THE OTHER COMPANY WAS MORE THOROUGH OF DESCRIBING ALL OF THE INS AND OUTS. RENEWAL'S PRICE WAS CONSIDERABLE HIGHER.

SALESMAN TOLD ME THAT THE INTERIOR TRIM WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE INSTALLATION AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THIS AFTER INSTALLATION. HE DID AGREE TO REPLACE THE ROTTED WOOD THAT THE WINDOWS WOULD REST UPON. TOOK 5 MONTHS TO GET THE INSTALLERS IN TO DO THE JOB-THEY CANCELLED 3 DIFFERENT APPTS. (WEATHER, "DEATH IN THE FAMILY", ETC). THEN THE INSTALLER STARTED TO INSTALL THE WINDOWS ON THE ROTTED WOOD. HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WEREN'T ROTTED - I THEN PULLED A 2 X 24 INCH PIECE OF WOOD EASILY OFF IN MY HAND IN FRONT OF HIM. HE THEN RELUCTANTLY AGREED TO REPLACE THE WOOD THAT THE WINDOWS WERE TO BE INSTALLED UPON. AFTER HE FINISHED INSTALLING THE WINDOWS HE TOLD ME TO GIVE HIM A "9" WHEN THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY CAME OR ELSE HE WOULDN'T GET OTHER JOBS. THEN HE INFORMED ME THAT NORMALLY THEY DO THE INTERIOR TRIM BUT THAT IT COMES OUT OF THE SALESMAN'S COMMISSION. HAVE MADE MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS TO THE NATIONAL OFFICE TO COMPLAIN WITHOUT REPLY.

THE INSTALLERS WERE EFFICIENT AND CLEAN. THE COMPANY WAS VERY TIMELY AS THEY DELIVERED AND INSTALLED THE NEW DOORS WEEKS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE.

STOPPED BY THEIR SHOWROOM TWICE. THE FIRST TIME THERE WERE TWO SALES PEOPLE THERE, BUT EACH ONE WAS WITH A CUSTOMER. THAT WAS OKAY. WE WERE WILLING TO WAIT, BUT AFTER 25 MINUTES OF WAITING AND NO ONE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING US WITH A HELLO OR TELLING US THEY WOULD BE WITH US SOON, WE DECIDED TO LEAVE. I CALLED THE LOCATION AND ASKED IF AN APPOINTMENT WAS NEEDED. THEY TOLD ME I DID NOT NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. THE SECOND TIME WAS A REPEAT OF OUR FIRST VISIT. I WILL NOT WASTE MY TIME GOING THERE AGAIN. IT WAS LIKE WE WERE INVISIBLE.

THEY ARE EFFICIENT, KIND, COURTEOUS AND THE WINDOWS LOOK GREAT!

CAME IN AND WENT ABOUT BUSINESS. NICE AND SOLID. GOT RID OF OLD ONES. LEFT NO DEBRIS. BILL HOWES WAS VERY GOOD AND POINTED THINGS OUT TO US TO GET WINDOWS GOING.

INSTALLERS WERE VERY PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THEY PROVIDED DROP CANVAS IN ALL AREAS WHERE WORKING AND REMOVED THEIR SHOES WHEN IN THE HOUSE. THEY CLEANED UP THE OUTSIDE AREA AND TOOK THE OLD WINDOWS TO THE TRASH. I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL INSTALL AND CLEANUP. THE WINDOWS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE AND IN MY OPINION, ''OVER PRICED'', BUT HOPEFULLY WILL BE WORTH THE INVESTMENT OVER THE YEARS.

THEY STARTED SOONER THAN I EXPECTED AND DID A GREAT JOB.

HAD DIFFICULTY SCHEDULING AND THEIR MATERIALS DID NOT COME IN ON TIME. WORK WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CONDUCTED IN EARLY NOVEMBER, BUT WAS COMPLETED IN JANUARY. WORKER DID COME TO HOUSE IN DECEMBER WITH DOORS, BUT HE TOLD ME THAT THE WEATHER (IT WAS SUPPOSED TO SNOW HARD THAT DAY) WOULD MAKE FOR DIFFICULT INSTALLATION. WE POSTPONED IT TO EARLY JANUARY.

THE SALESMAN KNEW HIS PRODUCT AND WAS ON TIME WHEN MEETING WITH US. THE INSTALLATION OCCURRED ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. BOTH CREWS WERE ON TIME. WHEN THEY LEFT, THE HOUSE WAS IN THE SAME SHAPE AS IT WAS AS WHEN THEY CAME. THEY WERE GENTLEMEN. THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT.

THEY WERE TIMELY, EFFICIENT AND VERY NEAT. THE FIRST DOOR WAS MISMEASURED SO THEY DID NEED TO RETURN ANOTHER TIME TO INSTALL IT. ANOTHER PERSON CAME TO STAIN THE WINDOWS. WITHOUT COMPLAINT HE RETURNED ONE WEEK LATER TO MATCH THEM BETTER TO THE EXISTING WOODWORK. THE RESULTS ARE GREAT.

ONE OF THE WINDOWS DIDN'T INCLUDE THE TRIM. THE COMPANY WILL NOT ADMIT THE ERROR, AND WILL NOT TAKE ANY STEPS TO PROVIDE CORRECT TRIM, OR COVER THE COST OF INSTALLING IT. THEY'VE BEEN RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AS WELL.

OVERALL, THE COMPANY PROVIDED A HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT WITH VERY PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION. HOWEVER, A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE PRESENT WHEN THE INSTALLATION TAKES PLACE JUST TO ENSURE THAT EVERYTHING IS DONE TO HIS SATISFACTION.
