We were in the process of remodeling our kitchen, about a $40,000 process. We decided new upgraded windows would add a lot to the project. After hearing from two other companies, I stopped by Window Pro. There salesman, Mike, made a good pitch. He came out and we looked at options, ultimately deciding on a pair of awning windows. We hoped to coordinate the window installation with our contractor in charge of the Kitchen project. The windows came in slightly later than we were hoping for, but within the period promised. While waiting, Mike hooked my contractor up with his installation person so we could move forward with some of the kitchen project. When the windows came, the installers had to customize the window framing. We thought, to our untrained eyes, they did an excellent job. HOWEVER, our contractor was appalled by the framing job of one of the windows. He pointed out several flaws. We talked with our salesman, Mike. He was great. He made it clear that Window Pro was going to address the problem. Ultimately, my contractor and Mike worked out a deal. Mike brought new lumber out for the frame and our contractor installed and stained the product. Our windows now look GREAT in our new kitchen. They also are very easy to use. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to use Window Pro again and strongly recommend Mike as the salesperson.

Professional company, Outsinging product, excellent instillation.

It is hard to tell the true story without sounding like I work for the company, but I will try as best I can. I looked at Window Pro, Anderson, Pella, Hansons, Wallside, and Home Depot Silverline windows. While the Silverline windows are a Anderson owned company, they are not what I would consider "Anderson" windows. There was not a single important catagory that Window Pro did not beat the competition in. Strength of ownership, price, quality, warranty, installation (perceived) , and windows themselves were all, in my opinion, better than the others I seriously considered. When I say I looked at Anderson and Pella, I considered them along with Window Pro's Marvin line of windows. These three window companies (Marvin, Pella, and Anderson) were generally outside of my price range and thus I only seriously considered and evaluated the vinyl window offerings. After meeting with all the representatives from Hansons, Wallside, Majic (fiberglass), Window Pro, and Home Depot, I was BY FAR most comfortable with Window Pro and their family operated business. After looking at the Pro Via vinyl windows, I felt that their windows were the most attractive and appeared to be the best constructed of the group. The online review of Pro Via and their corporate mission statement, family ownership, warranty, and Omish influence, led me to conclude that they were a good choice for a manufacturer. Pro Via also has an amazing reputation for their entry door offerings and I believed this might also carry over to their window line as well. My final consideration was a review of installations by the candidates. I did not see a clear victor in this evaluation, but the appearance of the Window Pro offerings made their installations look better because the product was better (my opinion). Pro Via's warranty was equal or better than the other manufacturers, and Window Pro's warranty was equal or better than the others as well. The installation was excellent and efficient, with all windows carefully leveled, insulated, and trimmed out. The house is significantly quieter, and the A/C is running much less often. The windows appear to be everything I was hoping for, they look and operate better than I was expecting. I will try to summarize with one word- VALUE. In the end I feel I got the best window company, the best manufacturer, the best warranty, and the best price from Window Pro. I was very aggressive in my shopping and quoting process and this may have allowed me to have champagne on my beer budget. If Window Pro can offer you a quote on these windows at a price that is close to the others, TAKE IT. If Window Pro had not been in the ballpark, I would likely have gone with Wallside or Quality Lumber Supply. My windows are only a month old, so lets see how I feel in a year or two from now. At this moment I could not be happier. I will conclude by saying this- Buying Pro Via windows from Window Pro is somewhat like buying a really nice Chevrolet or Ford at a Rolls Royce dealer. The customers all get the same royal treatment and warranty, but you are buying a product that is at the bottom of their price offerings.

The rep came out and said they could not replace the window glass in our wood casement windows. I found another company which readily did the same work.

Window Pro was very easy to work with. Delivered product and service as promised at a competitive price. Service continued after the sale and installation. They offer fiberglass - Integrity windows from Marvin. Marvin products are consistently among the highest rated, and their fiberglass option is stronger than vinyl and cheaper than wood. Best of all, a stainable wood veneer is available making these windows look just like the much more expensive wood windows.

The salesman was highly professional and treated me with respect. He answered all of my questions. (I wish now that I had asked a few more questions about half-screens but that was my fault.) The final price was somewhat in my range after discounts. I paid half down upon ordering. The construction supervisor came within a week for the final measurement. The company called from their Ohio office to quote a city inspection price and after the work to arrange for the inspection itself. My windows were manufactured in four weeks and installed four days later. The five-man installation team came at 9:30 a.m. and finished by 3:30 p.m. leaving my house spotless. Their only challenge was temporarily removing and re-installing four aluminum awnings. They also removed some wooden shutters from the bathroom window and an old window air conditioner, which I had wanted to discard. I'm pleased.

We contacted four local window and door replacement companies in the Toledo area. We had them out to our house for a estimate on replacement windows and two doors (this experience is a lot like buying a car from a dealer). Windowpro was the Marvin Rep. in our area. The Windowpro Sales Rep. like the other three company reps. made measurements, talked to us about what we were looking for, and appeared to understand what we wanted in our home. We liked the price, quality in the Marvin product, and made a appointment with the sales rep. at their Toledo show room to look over the wood and fiber glass options we could go with. At the showroom we looked at the two examples of fiber glass window designs, and decide to go with the ones that matched our home in the Marvin fiberglass window and sliding door. It took approximately four to five weeks for the windows to be built, and installation to begin (this was pretty quick). Installation was great, the workers were clean, fitted problems they had discovered once the old windows were removed, and worked around us. The problem was the windows and one door was not the ones we had picked to be installed in our home. We during the installation, we contacted Windowpro, and spoke directly with the company's Regional Manager who over the course of days worked on a solution at their cost to address our concerns. Over the course of the past two months the additional window grills were custom made, and installed by the Windowpro custom installer (who did a great job). The windows and door are now in, and are great. I would use Windowpro again in a minute. They stand behind their work.

Went to Window Pro to look at their sliding glass doors. Was impressed with the Marvin brand as compared to others. Spoke with Todd, salesperson, who prepared pricing. Was about twice as much as other brands, but we liked the idea of fiberglass vs. vinyl or vinyl clad. Was contacted three days later to make arrangements for measurements. Were told that the door would be installed in about 6-8 weeks; however, it was less than this. All Window Pro employees were very prompt and followed up when they said they would. The installers were also very prompt on the day the door went in. Although we were expecting Window Pro employees, the installers were actually from a contractor out of Ottawa Lake, MI. There was some confusion with the installers as they didn't have the exact materials required for installation, but made due with what they brought on their truck. They were quick, neat and friendly. The installation is excellent. We thought we might get a call from our salesperson following up on the process, but never heard from him. (He didn't say he was going to call, we just thought that he might want to see how things went.) The door itself is beautiful; however, there is an opening on the screen door that bugs could possibly enter the house through. This is more of a design issue than an installation issue. Overall, we are very pleased. The difference in temperature in that room is noticeable since installation of the new door.

They answered all my concerns and worked accordingly. Installation is beautiful. I would use them in the future.

From the time the first first truck pulled up & the crew introduced themselves, they were all very professional. They scoped out the job & worked as a team to set up everything. They put all the plastic down inside & out set up the windows, saws, ladders, all of their equipment. As each window was placed, shimmed & set the others would star with trimming, cutting, edgeing & sealing. They even filled in the inside wall area from where the original wooden windows were. We replaced those windows with vinal windows about 35 years ago & those old cavities were never filled before, also, the stops for the old storm windows were still there & the guys removed all of those. There were 2 smaller windows - one in the kithchen pantry area had never been replaced & basically was not useable, When I ordered that window I had no idea how great it looks now, not only outside but inside & now it is very useable. It is totally trimmed & looks like it should. The other small one is on the stairway landing. That window was replaced 35 years ago & has been a major pain ever since. It has been drafty & I never fully comprehended why until my installer aked me about stops that he was told to install as needed. I didn't understand what he was talking about, so I told him to do whatever he needed to do. All I can say is WOW!!! NOW I know where the drafts were comeing from & what a difference in looks to have that window properly trimmed out. In the 7 hours they were here, I never heard any complaining only laughing & working together as a team. These guys & girl worked together as a team helping each other & cleaning up together. They didn't even go off for lunch like some crews do they worked the whole time. The yard & house were totally cleaned up & everything looked great!

I went to the Windowpro showroom to actually see the display of windows. An in-home appointment was set up to measure and discuss in detail with the sales rep. A few days later, he e-mailed the quote giving a couple of different options. The original quote was more than I had budgeted for the windows. After discussing this with the sales rep, he presented other ways to achieve the look I wanted and cut cost. I was very satisfied because in the end, I got what I wanted and paid exactly what I had budgeted. The windows were installed. The inside trim pieces were slightly bowed on one window and there was a small paint chip on the exterior of the other. I informed WindowPro and they promptly sent someone out to correct. I will be replacing the other windows in the house and plan to use WindowPro again.

They were easy to deal with and they performed as they said they would.

The sales person arrived late, spent most of the time telling me how great they were and how everyone else couldn't stack up. The icing on the cake came at the end when he said he would work up a price but hold his best price until all the other quotes came in, he would then swoop in and steal the deal. Never did hear from the guy...

Work was done quickly and cleanly in one day. Everything was a pleasent experience, salesman wasn't pushy and treats you with respect, he checked in repeatedly on some follow up items.

They had done prior work for me on the front of my house and they did a great job. I called around to get some prices from other companies and they were very professional. The man came out and measured and gave me an estimate. They have always kept in touch with me over the years and sent me deals and coupons. I realized I forgot to include a window and that same guy came out to look at the last window and gave me an estimate that wasn't too much more. The estimate was very reasonable. I used them before and they were gonna give me great discount. They showed up promptly and on time. They worked efficiently. They cleaned up well after themselves both inside and outside. They did a great job. They did a follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied and I wasn't having problems with my windows.

The whole experience was positive. We are extremely pleased with our new windows and door. They are beautiful, have gotten many compliments on them, and we are already saving 100 dollars a month on electricity alone this summer (and we anticipate gas savings in the winter will far exceed that number monthly). From sales to install, WindowPro was easy to work with. Much better than Anderson windows, who we also got an estimate and demonstration from. if Anderson is their closest competitor, there really is no contest. Marvin windows installed by WindowPro offer the same (if not better) energy savings, look prettier, and are more competitively priced.

They did a fine job replacing our windows. Our house is 80 years old and required extraordinary effort to fit the windows to the openings. The new windows have a classic look which I could not find with any other company. I would highly recommend this company for window replacement.

A few years later some of our windows were having trouble opening and they came back out and replaced all the openers for free. The grill on the bay window had to be custom cut. They had to come out multiple times to cut it to the right size.

They always arrived when they said they would. The crew was very courteous and polite around us. They never left any of their tools laying around.

Double paned wood doors with a thermal polymer exterior which is maintenance free. They were able to preserve the interior molding which was pleasing. The only glitch we had was the doors had to be custom made to fit in the openings and the factory sent us the wrong doors the first time. They made all the corrections but it did take a while to get the new doors. They also replaced four windows - all double paned, three double hung and one casement - they were made out of fibrex. They are easy to clean, lock, and seal up tightly. We had to get permission from the arc. review board from the city and Bill went to the meeting and did all the work for getting the approval done - this was to replace a hopper with a double hung window in a first floor bathroom. The company felt bad for the mix up with the doors and are sending us a gift certificate to make up for it. We are planning on replacing more windows and will use this company to do so.

The job was done superbly from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and did an exceptional job.
