I explained before they came out that I only wanted new weather stripping on two of my ten year old vinyl windows. When they came to my home, they only wanted to sell me new windows. I ended up going to a local window company (D&W) who gave me the weather stripping for free and I repaired the windows myself. The windows are now like new. If I ever do by new windows, it will be from the local company that helped me out.

Because we have do many windows we decided to do the project in phases. Even though only some windows were being replaced in the first phase, all windows were measured saving time in subsequent phases. Windows are currently being manufactured and we are waiting an installation date. So far we are very pleased with the process and professionalism of the WindoPro team

The installation was very good. I had a problem opening the window earlier this year, it came off the track, and it took a while, but they did come out and they fixed it, and showed me how to do it. They fixed it free of charge.

September 2014 update - The President of the company saw my review and called me personally to assure me my faulty door would be replaced, apologized for the poor service from the service department and sent out a person to inspect the door. I have been advised that a new door will be installed within a month. August 2014 - initially it all seemed fairly good. But when a door proved defective, they say they will honor warranty, but have not actually done so. The laminated covering is peeling off. Their service man agreed this was the case. They have promised to replace the door twice. Twice I waited six months. Twice there were excuses, lost order, person left, etc. Their customer service person, Doug, does not return calls.

It was all a favorable experience. Things went in easily and I certainly don't remember any problems. I called them later to install the doors, and if I had any issue with them I wouldn't have done that. If I needed windows again I would certainly call them.

Wonderful sales rep. Tim Baetz. I felt it was Christmas each time they replaced some windows. The work, and workmen, were SO easy to work with. The product is superior. And their follow-up service, if needed, was a breeze. Probably the best company I have worked with since I bought my "new" old home.

The crew did a nice, professional job of installing the windows and door. My only complaint is that scheduling the work was very slow: the sales rep was easy to work with, but when it came to scheduling the final measure and then the installation, I had to wait quite a while, longer than the sales rep led me to believe. But they came when they said they would, and were prompt and did a good job, so I'm happy. The price was very good for a quality product.

I ordered fiberglass windows. Very satisfied with salesman suggestions. Installers were professional, neat and left no messes.

They did an excellent job on our house in Florida. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. They did the work.

Although it was cold out, the two gentlemen kept working never taking a break. They calked the windows after and made sure doorwall was installed correctly.

I will use them again in the future.

We are very satisfied with the quality and ease of use of Marvin Infinity windows. The WindowPro showroom in Wixom, MI, is nice to compare samples of Marvin and competitors' products. It was easy to order through WindowPro. However, we had some issues with measurement and installation that did not meet our expectations. A window was not measured correctly and the old window was nailed back in place while we waited 5 weeks for the re-ordered window to be installed. At least 2 windows were installed in the wrong openings which I discovered when I found the tempered glass window installed in the wrong place. Although these issues were corrected satisfactorily and the windows appear to be installed correctly, it did not go as professionally as we expected from a quality window company.

The basement windows had to have new sills and needed to be prpoerly pitched. The crew cleanly extracted the old sills and didn't damage a single brick. Windows sealed and trimmed out nicely. The only complaint would be that they used an press formed aluminum sill for the slider window, but at least it won't rot. Dent, but never rot.

Their installation team, which are subcontractors but only work for Window Pro were outstanding. Great workmanship, heating bill dropped from last year in one of the coldest winters of the year.

The services went well the price was a little pricey but I am very satisfied with services rendered. I will be using them again once bill is paid

Windows are great so far...haven't had a chance yet to see how convenient they are to clean as the weather isn't conducive to that yet. Was a bit disappointed with the installers. I was told that they would close off each room as they worked on it so that it wouldn't get too cold in the house. That wasn't the case so my furnace ran steadily for 2-3 hours. Other than that it they did a good job with the install. They were kind enough to remove and replace my window blinds for me even tho it was not part of the install (the salesman had told me it wouldn't be a problem). Over all I was quite pleased except for the extra heating bill caused by the house being entirely open to the weather for so long. The salesman and the windows received an "A" from me. The "B" rating is because of the install issues.

I didn't like what they did. They did a sloppy job. I'm going to have to take somebody to put the window in there because it was just a terrible window. They charged me around $800 - $900. Part of it was the inspection fee. They were friendly. The salesman was friendly. He showed me what they had. The workers came and did their job but they didn't do it the way I wanted them to do it. I was just not happy with it. I tried calling them about six or seven times. Nobody takes my calls. I just dropped it. Maybe sometime in the future, I'll just get windows from somebody else. I paid too much for what I got. I was expecting more. It's a cheap window. It's not going to last. They were nice. They put the window in and they slapped it in there and left. They were in a hurry to get to the next job. I didn't like the window. I would not recommend them to anybody.

I have used them before so that is why I decided to use them again. We got quotes from a couple of other companies but we decided to work with them. The project has just started but I would use them again in the future.

The first time they came they replaced all my door locks which is eight and my kitchen windows. That was like $18000. The second time they came out they gave me a whole new entrance way which was $10000. Sounds like a lot of money. They are very professional when they come in. They don't scorn on you. They negotiate prices with you and they provide a beautiful product. They clean up beautifully when they're gone. You don't even know they were here. They are really wonderful! They're probably not the cheapest. But at the end you don't even know that they were in your house. I mean you have these beautiful windows. The experience of working with them, if it costs more, it's worth it. These guys are great!

I checked a number of window/door businesses before deciding to stop in at WindowPro when I wanted to replace my storm door, front entry door, and side lights. They were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, arrived on time for all appointments. When the installers arrived, they were extremely neat and efficient, they did the job to perfection. The doors are beautiful and a pleasure to have. I would recommend this company and team without reservation. ____________________ Update August 31, 2013 The new entry door developed an irritating squeak and a service tech came out to try to fix it. He was not able to fix the squeak and his attempt made another noise develop. It will be a good test of the company to see how they resolve the problem.

Our energy bill decreased 12% over the past months. This was a great experience. They were just terrific. They were an A+!

Salesman was great! We worked out a deal to do the house in 3 stages. The first part was 9 windows on the front of our house. We chose Infinity from Marvin with Everwood and wood stainable interiors because it is a southern exposure and didn't want wood rot. From the "measure date", the windows took only 4 weeks to come in. Our install team was great! Two guys did all the windows! They laid dropcloths everywhere and were very professional. It took them 1 1/2 days to install and they did a wonderful job! They took all the old windows with them, so we didn't have to worry about disposal. We wanted the interior staining to be included in the price, so that took an additional 1 1/2 days, but the results were great! We will be ready for phase 2 early next year! Thanks!

The installation went smoothly. Although it seemed to take a long time from initial order to final installation, they were within the originally quoted timeframe. I must note the company that did the installation is NOT window pro, but one of their primary contract installers. Since the installer said they exclusively install for Window Pro and do not do other work, I consider them to be Window Pro. Everyone was polite, courteous, and professional.

We have a 100 year old home that has 57 windows. The 6 window pro replaced were the last ones. The windows we replacedwere in a rear room that overlooked our beautiful decks, bridge and gardens. The room was once part of an old, screened in sleeping porch and the windows were not original to the house.How to restore the room was therefore always a challenge that we had put off until now. The 51 other windows we had replaced with Pellas, Andersons and Marvins. Each met a need and differed as technology evolved over the years. In those cases we tried to save the woodwork whenever possible. In this case the old woodwork was not original so as much as possible we wanted to match woodwork from elsewhere in the house. We got quotes from small contractors and the big TV advertisers. As we were about to chose we received a flyer from WindowPro. We were not commited or inspired by any of the 6 quotes we had gottem up to then. We called WindowPro and received a prompt meeting, quotes abd best of all a great price with their coupon incentive. From the time of the quote to installtion was about 1 month. I cannot say enough about the two men who did the instalation,Chris Goulet and Chris Brackett -- they were spectacular. They worked two full days. the finish work was amazing - way more than I thought could or would be done. They repaired, insulated and provided detail work that even I did not think of. When they left both the inside of the house, the area under the windows and the area where they sawed the wood was immaculate. Price performance and appearence were A+.

The sales portion of the job was relatively easy for us, especially compared to other fiberglass window companies in the area. This is the only one you should even call..... unless you enjoy spending an entire afternoon with window salemen. Relatively little pressure to buy and I felt confident after seeing reviews on their website and doing other research that it would go well. The installation was even better. The two gentlemen they had out were really good, some of the best contractors we have had to our house. Fast and courteous, you could tell they had experience. The trim work on the outside was done really well and the whole job was clean. The only issue which has to be sorted is one window in our kitchen which is not working as smoothly as the others. We have called warranty repair on it once, and it has not helped much. I have called again and we are just waiting to make another appointment. As long as this is an isolated quality issue with that particular window, we are extremely happy.
