Description of Work: Replaced old windows in our library, garage & laundry room. Entire experience impressive, from initial visit by Tim to the installation process. We were advised when the crew would arrive. They arrived on time, got down to work, installed the windows, cleaned everything up including the new windows: everything exceeded expectations. Description of Work: Replaced 13 windows & 2 door walls. Installers were a terrific & clearly experienced team, completing everything in 1.5 days. Some communication issues--phone calls routed to Cleveland, misinformation given about start time for install, have not yet received lein waiver that was requested over 3 weeks ago. Happy so far with quality of product.

Description of Work: Replaced 9 windows. Sales process was professional aside from the sticker shock. Installers came on time with huge crew. All windows complete within one day. Though we are satisfied with the window quality, we do feel the salespeople oversold the install. It may have been a bit rushed as we found some mars and larger than expected gaps between window and trim. We decided to paint ourselves but did not realize this included caulking. After failed attempts (I feel caulking takes a bit more talent than I have) I did have to hire a painter. They also said the guys would clean the windows which did not happen. I may use them again but will be better prepared at what to expect for the end result. |

Description of Work: Removed 40 year old windows and 30 year old French door. Replaced with double hung fiberglass Marvin's and a Marvin gliding patio door. Incredible quality of product with lifetime warranty. Need one window rehung, I think, as adjustments haven't helped the wind that whistles thru it.

Description of Work: Very disappointed with their response time in returning a call, length of time to get an appointment, no-show for initial appointment, moderately professional contractor showed up. I had to follow up to obtain a written estimate to replace a large picture window. More slow responsiveness in returning the call. Decided not to use them.
