I spent a small fortune on a pint of paint to match newly installed cabinets and it didn’t match at all. It was white as a ghost. I waited over a month for it to arrive. So in addition to paying over $40 for a pint of paint, wasting my time, wasting money for quality primed pine wood, hiring a carpenter to install it and a painter, I have a mess in my kitchen. I would not recommend them for anything that they claim to have supplies to match existing items in your home and especially when, in my opinion, they cannot even provide a suitable match for new materials.

Scott (the salesman) is friendly and helpful, but did a terrible job measuring my kitchen (and he measured TWICE). There is now only ONE refrigerator on the market which will fit my space (when I made clear I wanted to have options in future refrigerator selection). Any remodel is bound to have its quirks, but my cabinets (installed to print) had the following problems: a) my refrigerator opening is so tight that the fridge blocked access to my furnace door (a fire hazard that cost me $400 to make right by sinking the fridge into my master closet on the other side of the wall) b) my drawers cannot open once the stove was installed (and had to be moved) c) base cabinets were sent finished on the ends (no one will ever see these sides), and the ONE UPPER CABINET in the whole kitchen which has an exposed side is unfinished d) a piece which had to be reordered due to an installation problem was sent undrilled for hinges, causing further delay in my project e) one upper cabinet had to be reordered because it was 1/2" too wide, causing further delay in my project f) I had ordered a piece of wood to install at the end of the cabinet to keep things from falling off behind the fridge, and it did not fit on that wall once the cabinets were in place The product itself is beautiful, and I love the quality and functionality of the cabinets. I hate that there were so many fit issues, and that I am limited in my future refrigerator choices (and that I had to give up CLOSET SPACE and additional $$$ to make the fridge fit properly).

It took several times for them to figure out what was wrong with the problem, but finally they figured out the right part. I would call them again if we needed a repair.
