Very happy - still using them.

The first time they came out, they did not do a good job and I complained, and when I called the company, they said the would make it right and sent another team out. Since then, I have been happy with them. If they are running late they always call me.

They have been cleaning for me for the past few years. They call each time to verify the time they will arrive. They show up on time and do great work. They are quiet and efficient and the house glows after they leave. Today, the cleaning crew had to stop for gas on the way. Because this delayed them by a few minutes, they called to tell me they were running late.

They were good. I am very satisfied with their services. They were very professional and very clean. They do price it based on rooms and overall size. They were prompt and on time. They called to confirm before they came; I like that. It was usually always the same head person. They usually sent three or four people, but at least one of them was always coming. I can understand them switching out people. But I like the fact that they sent the same contact person every time. They didn’t feel like strangers. I was not disappointed at all. With regard to price, I wish it was a little cheaper.

I am very happy with Maid Brigade. I don't have to hold their hands or supervise - they just get the job done. I forgot that they were coming last week, and left the house a complete mess, but they picked up our stuff and did a good job cleaning anyway.

A crew of 3 were there. They did a thorough cleaning of all bathrooms, floors, all cupboards in the kitchen, 4 bathrooms and the bar area in the basement. Cleaned all the fans, baseboards and dusted.

It went very well. I was very pleased. They use green clean products. I like that they use their own products and equipment. I'm going to use them again.

The lady did well and the worked turned out good. The group was prompt and fast.

Frequently had to go after their work and redo. Floors had a build up of dust on baseboards and corners. Cobwebs were never addressed. Frequently filled out feedback cards and made phone calls to try to get an improvement without avail. Finally dismissed the service due to evidence of one of the cleaners went into a bathroom drawer

My house sparkles when they are finished! I have hardwood floors throughout my house which can be a challenge, but the floors look spectacular. They take very good care of everything in my house. The bathrooms are spotless, furniture all properly dusted, area rugs vacuumed, window blinds dusted, kitchen stove and appliances shining, etc. I'm very particular about how things should be cleaned, and I must say I've never had a problem - not one. Everything is done to my high standards. Two of my neighbors now use Maid Brigade and they love them as well.

They do a reliably good job. If something is missed or done not so well they are responsive. That is they will come back and make it right. Management is also highly responsive, especially in those cases where we must alter the schedule for holidays or because we travel. They are bonded, and in the extremely rare instances when something in our house is damaged they make it right immediately. As indicated above, we have used this service for more than 10 years and will continue to do so.

Difficult setting up appointment time but finally worked it out. Team leader and associate (very young girl. maybe just out of school) arrived and proceeded, after my instructions, to clean my house. After one hour the team leader told me they were through. I could not believe it--eat-in kitchen, two full bathrooms, large living-dining room, one large bedroom and carpeted stairs leading to lower level--all in one hour. She then told me the cost--$131 and I said I thought that was excessive. She agreed and said she thought Sharon would call me to adjust the price. Sharon called the next day and said she would send me a refund of $23.00. We cancelled subsequent visits. Very disappointing.

I guess I needed a different kind of cleaning company. Green cleaning didn't do the job to get this house cleaned. They started out with 3 cleaners and my husband told me there were only 2 when he arrived. Some of the walls were missed with the vacuuming, because there were still cob webs; the kitchen was still dirty, although the refrigerator was cleaned (yeah!). I was very disappointed that I paid for 6 hours of cleaning and I had to clean up the kitchen cabinets, sink area, and the floor (even though my husband told me they cleaned the floor). When I wiped the floor from cleaning the sink area and counter, the paper towel I used on the floor showed a lot of dirt, so the floor wasn't really cleaned well by them. With that, I figured I had to reclean the bathrooms too. Very disappointed as I was hoping to unpack the kitchen boxes and load up the cabinets. But this delayed the unpacking.

They arrive promplty at their scheduled time, and do a terrific job of cleaning, especially the hardwood floors! I have been using them on a weekly basis. They clean great!

We hired Maid Brigade about five weeks ago. The team cleans our house each week and each week they perform a phenomenal job. They are organized, systematic, and truly care about their work. The team is pleasant, attentive, and arrives on time. Very trustworthy, too. I do not hesistant to allow them in my home alone.

The experience was very good overall. They were able to accommodate the date and time I requested. As promised, they called me the day before with a reminder. The crew of three showed up on time. The crew was polite and helpful. The house was clean, but not sparkling. I fear that is more a result of the "green" cleaning supplies, rather than the cleaners. There were a few places where needed dusting was missed and one mirror was smeared. All in all, I would recommend and would call back.

Price was a factor in which we looked for another company. Other organizations were more competively priced. I have no complaints about the service or quality of the work.

From the very first time they came out for the initial cleaning, I was extremely satisfied. They are so thorough and professional. The general manager is always friendly and responsive. The best part is that they are extremely affordable. They bring all of their own products and I could not find a better price anywhere. They are also very trustworthy - my valuables are right where I left them after they clean. I cannot say enough good things about this company!!!

Maid Brigade has cleaned my house 3 times. The first time I paid an additional $50 and they "deep cleaned". While adequate, this cleaning was not a "deep cleaning". This is just an extra fee the customer absorbs in order for the cleaning crew to familiarize themselves with your home. The next 2 cleanings were not adequate. Dog hair still on hardwood floors, streaky mirrors (will with toothpast splatters), glass top to stove and microwave completely missed, etc. I did talk with Sharon and Maureen, both ladies were very nice and professional. They were willing to come back (and did the first cleaning) and fix the mistakes but my schedule doesn't allow for these re-visits. I do feel like I have Maid Brigade a fair chance. My house, by Maid Brigade's own admission) is very tidy and organized. I do feel like I gave Maid Brigade a fair chance. While I do understand that I have high expectations, I don't feel like my expectations are unreasonable.

I was pleased with how great everything looked. I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Highly recommend!

Sharon is very willing to help work around schedules, and the girls she sends are always very good at what they do. They handle everything from a small mess to the after party clean ups at my lake house. I use them all the time, and they are very reasonable with prices.

They charge us around $90 for their services. They are very flexible and prompt with their service.
