Description of Work: We had new granite countertops installed in our kitchen and a marble countertop in the 1/2 bath; new sinks installed in the kitchen and bathroom, and a new kitchen faucet installed. | |Every aspect of the project went flawlessly. We went with the plumber that contracts with Surface enCounters, and he was exceptional. Everyone, from the person who came out to measure, to the installers and plumber, were very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job.

+ -1 moreNot bad overall. Installers never checked in with us after the installation. So there was no final inspection. We had a problem with one area that could have been taken care of when the installers were there. It took 3 calls to customer service to get a call back. We have the repair scheduled for next week. This was irritating.

+ -1 moreIt was very good. Everything that we wanted they got. The timing, the appointments that they gave us, we don't have any issues, they came when they said they are going to come, they installed when they said they are going to install. They did a pretty good job. You have to compare the price obviously, I think they are pretty competitive if we compare them to let's say Home Depot. We compared about 4 of them and pricewise, they were pretty good, not the lowest but not the highest. They told us where to get the granite from; we had the chance to look at it before we pick anything. The service was great and based on the comparison I think we actually got a good deal there. They are responsive, by phone and if you stopped by, they are willing to help.
