Very quick and efficient. Old aluminum siding removed and hauled away. Insulating foam and house wrap installed, New vinyl siding installed. New shutters installed. New trim installed where necessary. Great clean up at the end of each working day. Justin White and his crews were very approachable and extremely responsive to our questions throughout the process. I will gladly recommend Source One Construction to all relatives, friends, and neighbors seeking similar services.

Work was subcontracted an never evaluated. They are not responding after signing the contract saying they fix it under warranty.

Justin was prompt and getting here at 1:30 in the afternoon. I explain to him the problem that I was having and he looked at it and said repair would not help. And this was the same response I had from the previous contractor. So we talked we measured out the house in the garage gave me a price with the discounts and everything I was rather pleased.

I loved working with Source One, they made sure I was involved and happy throughout the entire process. If you have any issues just call the office. DEParis is great to work with. He will make sure you're taken care of.

I couldn't be happier with our new roof. The wormanship is impeccable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they got.it if financed for me a 3% interest rate. Highly recommend!

I had SourceOne fully reside in my house and replace a number of windows in 2020. I have absolutely no complaint with the responsiveness of their sales associate, or the windows and their installation. The siding is another matter. I have now had the top pieces of siding fall off my house 3 times (all in different spots). I will say they absolutely honor their Guarantee which is one of their selling points. No questions, they will come out and fix it. That being said, this was a large investment, and I would expect it to last longer than 6 months without pieces falling off. My biggest complaint however is with their office staff. Communications are slow or do not happen at all. It is not to say they are not friendly and polite when you talk to them, but you will need to do all the follow-up yourself. Have an appointment for someone to come out for repairs? They MIGHT tell you in advance...or you may just have someone show up out of the blue with no warning. For this latest time, they said they were sending someone out the afternoon I talked to their office. left work early went home, the repair guy never showed. Finally called the office to find out what is going on and got an oh, he must not have been able to make it, he will be there tomorrow. It is now tomorrow, I have taken another day off work, no show by 11 am. Contacted the office and was told he hurt his back yesterday, so will not be here today. We will reschedule. This I am afraid is pretty typical for them. Overall I have got very mixed feelings about this company.

Project: vinyl siding and replace entry door, contract signed in February. Last contact was June 6th, I was told materials were scheduled to arrive on June 17, 2022. No further contact. Until their subcontractor showed up at 7am on June 27th without any notification from Source One project manager. Nor were we informed that the siding and door installation had been subcontracted out. I was told by project manager, he tried to contact me but my cell kept going to voicemail. My cell shows no missed calls or any voice messages after June 6th. There were Many Communication issues as only a couple understood or spoke English. One hour after arrival I was told by crew member that my special order door did not fit and did I want to take it back. Took 4 months to get here. Project Manager not on site and I contacted him by phone. I was told he would swing by when he got back to this area later in day. No door on front of house all day without barrier to outdoors. The siding crew worked very hard but project handled very chaotically. Was told by Source One project manager it would be 3 to maybe 4 days to complete project. Siding crew left at 10pm on the 28th and said they had to finish as they started a new project on Wednesday am. Entry door not finished installed. Crew was going to re-install old trim around new door without insulating the gap. When I told them the gap needed to be insulated, I was told to go buy it and they would install it. The deadbolt plate not put on door, nor weather stripped at bottom. Deadbolt does not go into opening so I cannot lock door. $2900.00 therma-tru door was knicked. So another trip to Home Depot by me, to have them order a repair kit . The door was a special order. The Anderson storm door was not installed properly and a part was broke. So door closure fell off. New part ordered for me by Home Depot and waiting to get it. I was told by crew, handset that came with storm door did not fit and I needed to go buy different one. I went to Home Depot and was informed that handset was installed incorrectly. I watched youtube video for instruction on how to install the handset and we showed crew how to install. Handset scratched and dinged from repeated droppings onto concrete. I made 7 trips to home depot in three days to speak with mill specialist and I was showed how to properly install door. Three boxes of siding left over and crew came back on the 29th and removed from premises. Project manager said the company paid for the overage and belonged to them. Source One office manager said on the 30th that customer pays for overage. Was told owner would contact me on July 5th and never did. Was told project manager was no longer employed at company but was when contract signed in February. I called Source one on July 6th the office manager said he called the project manager ( the one I was told was no longer an employee of company) and he was told that everything had been taken care of. Therefore I was not contacted. I Planned to file a complaint with the attorney general and I was told that if I read my contract on back that I would be charged penalty interest during resolution. If you Love Chaos in your life and you know all about siding and construction. You should contract with this company. Siding subcontractors worked very hard but unable to install my doors correctly. The project manager says he is employed by Source One, the Office Manager says he is not, but was when contract was signed. I was told it was impossible to get itemized invoice so I can look everything over. Also was told if I file complaint they always win because they have a signed contract in front of them. Trying to get issues resolved with Project manager who is or is not employed by Source One. Depends on who you talk to. Left out lots of other issues but too tired. Good Luck.

Salesman sounded great, said job would be done in 3-4 weeks. To date we have heard nothing from the company. When we tried to call the office, the number was incorrect. Our salesman can?t give us a date for the job or a name and number of anyone who can help us. We paid 1/2 down and nothing. No sign that this company actually exists. Salesman, Justin, is not calling us back with information. We want our money back!

I am sorry to see that ZERO stars are not available. Avoid these people at all costs... that is if they are even still around. I have been dealing with this company since August of 2020. Today is March 12, 2021 and the job is still not complete. Poor communications between the customer, the company, and workers doing the work. It is a circular firing squad where everybody blames someone else. The first person who came out in October brought a crew of kids who could not figure out which end of the hammer to hold. They lasted one day. They were unsupervised and had no idea of what sequence was to be followed. All of their work had to be torn off. The second guy knew his stuff, but, he was working alone and it took forever to complete the job. Now that the weather has changed and I have been able to review the work more closely there a many problems which need to be addressed. NOT the quality job I thought I paid for. I have spent over $10,000 and was given a 30 year guarantee for materials and workmanship. When are they going to finish the job as per the contract?

The guys installing my roof were courteous and friendly. the salesman seemed to care that I get a good quality roof and after recommending a better quality roof than the standard asphalt shingle. I ordered the one suggested with the rubberized backing. unfortunately, after day 1 of shingling, I looked at the shingles and noticed I did not get the shingles I had paid for. I guess no one checks the shipment against the order. after talking with the company they agreed to get the correct shingles there that day only what they sent was the right style of shingle only the total wrong color. so I still ended up with asphalt shingles. but they gave me a discount so Basically I paid for what I got. 6 weeks later I had a leak in my new roof and had to have someone come back out to fix the roof. they came the same day I called and I have not had any more leaks so far.

Neat, clean and efficient. Worked hard from.early morning until dusk. Protected my plants and cleaned up afterwords. The final product looks great.

We paid them to insulate, the house. This is the only part that went well. Next, the replaced the fascia and eves, worst work ever. It took 2 months! 2 people would show up once a week for a couple of hours. This included extended lunch breaks. Most days, no work was accomplished and what work was done was terrible. Next, the gutter work was very poorly mounted. Now, a few months later, the fascia is falling off the house and I cannot get anyone to return my calls. We spend $25K with them and this is the worst experience ever with a company..

Amazing insulation job! Source One saved me a ton of money on my heating bill over the last year. Actually looking forward to the winter! My house traps the heat so even at 65 degrees my house stays nice and toasty. The team showed up on time everyday, will be using them for my roofing installation in the spring!
