Description of Work: We used them for a few seasons - trying to give them numerous chances and the benefit of the doubt. They always were very average - but it never seemed worth it to change when we would entail a problem - missing spots, forgetting to pick up clippings, cutting on wet grass and making huge gouges in our lawn, forgetting to trim numerous areas numerous times.....but after mowing down an obvious perennial garden with new rose bushes and having to leave messages quite a few times -each time I called- before they would call me back, and then taking months before they offered to try to remedy the situation by offering services that were way less than the cost of the damage, and insulting us, and trying to put blame on us, we decided to go with someone else - long overdue! Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: They have cut my yard for about 3 years. They rarely cut my yard at the height I requested. They did show up. Last year I wanted my garden beds cleaned out. They quoted a price and never did it but continuously billed me and threatened to send the bill to collections. They had cleaned up the leaves in the yeard so we eventually settled.

+ -1 moreWE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ABOUT TWO AND A HALF YEARS AND WE HAVE FOUND THAT THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT WE WANT THEM TO DO AND I THINK THE PRICE THEY CHARGE IS REASONABLE. THEY ARE WONDERFUL.
