 + -1 moreThe quality of Rich's work is always top notch. He is professional, reliable, courteous, knowledgeable, attentive to detail, trustworthy. The work areas were tidied at the end of each day. Rich does exceptional work that should be recognized.
Description of Work: We have been using Perkins Homes LLC since 2003. Rich has built our deck, constructed the ceiling under the deck in our sun room, sealed and finished our basement floor storage room floor,painted all our rooms, put in a spiral staircase, built our lower level kitchen, fixed our entry sidewalk and drainage issues.
