Description of Work: When I put the new blade on my lawnmower, there was a noise, like the blade was hitting something. But I couldn't see that it was hitting anything, And I couldn't get the blade on tight enough to stop it vibrating when running. | |They determined that the plate to which the blade fastened was worn out and they replaced it. I got the lawnmower back the same day. And when I didn't have enough cash to pay for it (they only accept cash),they let me take it without paying th full price. I sent the balance to them anyway.

lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreMy lawn mower stopped moving. Clearly, it needed work. I called the nearest official dealer, and they were about 4-5 weeks out on any repair. I called Jand B, and they came and picked it up the same day. In less than a week, it was back at my house. The guys were very personable, and I definitely recommend them. My only minor negative is the $70 pick up and delivery charge, but that's about what it costs everywhere else I've seen, so I can't really complain too much. I guess I need a trailer!

Description of Work: I had a valve gasket replaced, a new battery installed and a full tune up (plugs, oil, deck leveling, wash, etc) to my 1999 John Deere 345. I called numerous places and the wait time for tractor repair was well over 3 weeks, but then these guys said it was about a week out, so I decided to give them a try (this was a Thursday). The following Monday I called and asked if there was any chance I could get it sooner, we were leaving on vacation for 10 days and thought it would be nice to mow my lawn. It was ready Tuesday morning!! | |I have only used them once (so far) but the service, professionalism, price, well everything was PERFECT. The gentleman that assisted me was so wonderful, he helped me load and unload the tractor and I could tell he genuinely "cared". | |BTW, I had roughly the same service done a few years earlier on another tractor of mine at another larger local service shop and it was nearly 3x the price (and didn't completely resolve one of my issues).
