+ 5 moreOwner and staff were friendly, flexible, went above and beyond to get things done when home owner wasn't able to do so, or assist. Owner was also helpful with ideas and product suggestions.
Description of Work: Finished my basement and home repairs. Also installed garbage disposal.

+ 0 moreExcellent. They worked in some pretty tough (windy and cold) weather on several days, but always made progress. They kept us informed of their progress, and always asked us for our preferences when it was time to make a decision on the placement of trim, or other such questions.
Description of Work: Randy Steelman and his crew tore off our old vinyl siding and replaced it with new vinyl and trim.

+ 2 moreIt was easier to move in with the floors finished (I didn't have to move furniture around after arriving). It was great that he could work with my schedule. The work in the basement went well and I liked his suggestions about the shower, more lighting, and more heat vents. I plan to spend a lot of time in my basement craft room, so it means a lot to me to have a nice place to work.
Description of Work: I recently bought a condo in Traverse City. Before I moved my furniture from southeastern Michigan, Randy removed my carpet from the main floor living area and installed wood-like floor covering. After my "stuff" was moved in, I wanted a bathroom in the basement as I would use it for my many crafts as a workroom and part of the space as a guest room. He installed a sink, toilet, and at Randy's suggestion, a shower. My sisters were impressed at the results. I asked Randy to come back and finish the ceilings, put doors on bathroom, and install more lighting. And of course the walls to the bathroom and extra shelving.

Description of Work: Randy has completed the following projects for us: 1.) Installed a glass shower door which required drilling into tile. 2.) Installed a sky light, 3.) Installed new French Doors, 4.) installed vinyl flooring in our lower level, 5.) Ran hook-ups for a laundry tub in the garage. Randy is dependable, does quality work, and cleans up after the completion of any project. He is personable, honest and trustworthy.

Description of Work: First job Randy installed a large bifold door. Second job he closed in A large carport and installed a front window and did a excellent job installing vinyl siding. This was done in a timely manor.
