Jack and Grace were amazing. They put up with us blabing a lot and our dogs wanting love. Brimley loves them both and I will always trust my dogs on trusting new people.

We hired Midwest to install a patio door to replace two small windows and to replace the siding and the roof. To be honest with the three jobs there were definitely some bumps in the road and some errors. Some were minor but not all. So you may be wondering why on earth am I giving them 5 stars??? Well I’ve had enough projects done to know that stuff happens on almost every job.We are dealing with human beings after all. The difference is in how your contractor handles the mistakes when they happen. This company stepped up and owned it! I didn't have to get mad, or yell, or stomp my feet ever. I called them and sent photos, that was it. From there on Jeff took care of it. He did it with grace, dignity, and the utmost professionalism. He never once tried to make excuses. He said “We’re going to make this right” and he kept his word. The end result is beautiful. Not only do they do good work, they have integrity. I highly recommend them and will give them 5+ stars all day long!

My wife and I noticed a leak coming through onto the interior of our home. Midwest Exteriors LLC was called and they sent out Justin to take a look and see what we were dealing with. Justin was thorough explaining that our roof had a lack of quality when the home was built. Justin then went over options with roofing materials for us, he was extremely detailed in explaining how shingles have became lesser in quality since the 1980’s. He even had this enormous bag to compare a shingle slab from 1980 to compare to a shingle slab to current day. Our product was delivered on 11/6/23 and I believe the project will be completed by 11/8/23. It will probably be completed sooner. I have had contact with one of the founders of Midwest Exteriors LLC, Jeff Lindsey, he is very transparent and an honest person which makes his business an honest business. Jeff is willing to fight for his customers if insurance companies want to cause issues. Midwest Exteriors LLC keeps in contact with its customers every few weeks when waiting for supplies and when the project is waiting to be started. Communication is great, Justin always returns phone calls or text messages, Jeff is available at any hour. I would recommend anyone that needs roofing, siding, or windows that need replaced to come to Midwest Exteriors LLC. This company and its employees are all about providing quality customer service.

Midwest Exteriors came out and gave me a free quote on a roof. During that time we sat down and went over the specs of asphalt and metal roofing. Decided to stick with asphalt. The sales team was very knowledgeable and was very helping when answering any questions that I had. The team over at Midwest kept me up to date on what was going on with my project and answered any and all questions that I had. Once we got a date for install the weather was very uncooperative and Midwest was on top of keeping me up to date with what was going on. Day of install the guys that put the roof on did an amazing job even with not so great weather and had it all done in one day. I honestly can say this was one of the best experiences I had with a construction company and highly recommend them for their services. The staff was always friendly and knowledgeable and helped me from start to finish.

Justin and Luka came out today for an initial quote on windows, they were courteous and knowledgeable. They took their time making sure I understood everything that was being presented. I will be leaving another review after installation of the gutter, and then again after installation of the windows. Midwest Exteriors offers high end siding that comes with a warranty. That's awesome. They order siding cut just for your house that fits seamless and looks great. They kept me informed to let me know they hadn't forgot about my home.

Grace and Kyle came out and took a look at the windows we need replaced. They taught us a lot about windows, over a 2 hour consultation. While that was very long, we learned about windows and more! We felt very comfortable knowing what to expect from the new windows, what makes the, different and the warranty. They did a great job explaining everything and answering any questions we had. Looking forward to the upcoming installation.

Great! They kept me informed and in the loop the whole way. They taught me a great deal about the process of replacing a roof. They did beautiful work from start to finish and cleaned up all the waste from the tear off. They didn't just reshingle, they replaced old wood that was in bad shape and repaired everything that needed it, and made improvements to the structure. They were friendly and respectful.

These guys are straight shooters. I trust them 100%. They gave us a great deal and went above and beyond.

I have been thinking about getting a quote on my roof for about 1 year now but never reached out to anyone. Michael knocked on my door and was very polite and professional. I agreed to an appointment and I'm glad I did. He showed me a lot about roofing that I never knew and gave me a price I could comfortably afford. I am very excited to get my new roof installed. If I could give any constructive criticism, it would be for the presentation to be just a little shorter. Overall, I'm very impressed with the company so far.
